Backstory: When he was born he killed his mother. The unstable nature of his quirk was the end of her it ripped a hole through her stomach... After the death of the second head, mother in the Creed family Jonny creed second son of the head of household was trained from the age of 3 to 23 taught how to fight, how to combat various quirks of all shapes, and most of all how to take a life. his reflexes were honed he and his quirk had become at 15. Training continued he became stronger and grew to view those who would not hone their skills in combat with contempt, unlike his brothers that saw it as their duty to protect the innocent even the heroes themselves. But Jonny wanted nothing more than to see every one of them grovel at his feet. For those weak enough to fall to him he would desire nothing more than their eradication. These gifts these quirks he believes were given to us for a reason. And anyone who does not put the time into learning how to use this gift is not fit to survive

Shock waves are incapable of damaging someone the best they can do is knock someone down.

A stored attack will only retain 75% of its power 1 turn will return 25%
 2 turns will return 50 three turns will allow for 75% of the attack to be returned.

Kinetic blows can only be absorbed through the arms and legs body and head blows will do normal damage.

Kinetic absorption only absorbs 80% of an attacks impact force meaning very powerful blows will still be enough to injure him.

Kinetic absorption requires movement to activate meaning he can't stand still to absorb a kinetic impact.

Kinetic energy can be charged however it will only reach the strength to burst through a brick wall

Low speed kinetic bolts 45-50 mph can be fired in the same post they're made. High speed kinetic bolts  60-90 mph require 1-3 turns to charge turns to charge

Objects can be charged with kinetic energy so that they explode when touched. However this takes too many turns to charge so it can not effectively be used in combat however it can set traps. The size of an object that can be tagged with a kinetic mine maxes out at the size of a trash can. And though a kinetic mine can't kill a person is has the capability to cripple limbs making it a wonderful trap.
