1. Go to El Nath - Chief's Residence. Talk to your 3rd job instructor, they will tell you to go to your 1st job instructor.
2. Talk to 1st job instructor. (Talk. Not a quest)
3. Go to Door of Dimension portal for your job:

Warriors - Ant Tunnel Park
Magicians - Forest Of Evil II (Maladys)
Pirates - The Cave Of Evil Eye II
Archers - Sleepy Dungeon V (Sleepywood house hidden portal to go to Forest of Golem)
Thief - Monkey Swamp II (Hidden mpa from Dangerous Croko II, second vine from the left top)

4. Defeat evil Job Instructor. Pick up Black Charm. Go back to 1st job instructor
5. Instructor gives you Necklace of Strength. Take it to 3rd job instructor.
6. Go to Sharp Cliff II, go in the door to the Holy Stone.
7. Answer the questions from the stone. It will take your Dark Crystal. If you get it wrong, you need to get a new one. Answers here:

8. Stone will give you Necklace of Wisdom. Take it to 3rd job instructor
