  1. --The conversation with Kuhn could wait.
  2.
  3. In an instant that arriving Deseti forces were spotted, Adjudicator summoned the Undead bodyguards to his aid- it's a flock of improved, skilful Knights that have served him with everything they had, even with their lives. As such, there's naught but ultimate loyalty that they display to Adjudicator.
  4.
  5. "To arms, now!"
  6.
  7. A single shout, before he rises to the air, floating on the whirlwind of a small tornado that carries him. Amidst it all, the mask slides over his face- a mask that symbolized naught but the readiness of Arthur for battle, the one he'd always worn before a certain thing would commence.
  8.
  9. And that's bloodshed.
  10.
  11. "I'm unsure what's wrong with you."
  12.
  13. "To plot to attack Dawn alongside with Huangzhou, right after having your forces defend them and refusing my demands? You probably have a deathwish."
  14.
  15. Assuch, the glare of crimson burns in the man's eyes. It's the raw energy of Arcane that swirls and surrounds him, feeding unto potential violence that may just unfold now- it's easy to tell that this will not go easy for them, not at all.
  16.
  17. "I'll let you explain yourself, once."
  18.
  19. "What do you think you're doing here?"
  20. (Arthur Rowan)
  21.
  22. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  23.
  24. Lusion tiredly turns to Harlow.
  25. (Lusion Casksworn)
  26.
  27. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  28.
  29. It was seldom anything happened as interesting as Arthur cutting off his conversation to call forth an army of Undead; Nyphadora could not help but to fly as close as possible, hovering as close to Arthur as one could assume would be safe given his current… Rage.
  30.
  31. "Oho!" She would sound, a little giggle escaping shortly after though aside from that there was only silence. She would watch with great interest, still a bit baffled at the sight of Harlow of all people in Dawn!
  32. (Nyphadora)
  33.
  34. Kai, the Doctor - hadn't really planned on fighting right in the middle of Dawn's square, especially not with Deseti's people. He never expected them to really show up around these parts.
  35.
  36. "What kind of an idiot do you have to be to walk here, on your own, knowing that you'll probably never come out of here alive?" Kai seemed baffled, so much so, he'd never expected a human to pull something so against their instincts of survival and literally walk into enemy territory.
  37.
  38. The poor boy seems dumb-founded, even when he readies himself for battle - holy energies hum around him, calm yet fast-paced, circulating through him which could only mean that he was ready for battle.
  39.
  40. The earth itself bent it's will for the Doctor, rumbling below the people of Deseti.
  41. (Kai)
  42.
  43. The wings of the drakanite opened as wide as they could, blue hues watching the intruders, curious how wise was the decision to wander just onto enemy territory, on the center of it...
  44.
  45. A trident on his left, the flame slowly igniting on the weapon, as the gaze would be fixed on them...
  46.
  47. "How wise can someone be to enter right on the middle of enemy territory? Is this some kind of advanced war tactic or just... sheer courage our stupidity?"
  48. (Grirsh Ilmish)
  49.
  50. Quick to draw her staff, the young girl eyed Harlow as well as the rest of her party. Four of them. Only four of them just... walking into Dawn like it was no big deal? Who did they think they were? Quick to step forward, the pink-haired witch had a bone to pick with the Sultanah. So much so that her staff was pointed at the woman; and her occult magics began to flare.
  51.
  52. "Kill her child. Kill her. She tried to separate us. Burn her. Rip her apart." Her eyes squinted, as that voice in her head began to nag at her once more, causing her shadow to seemingly distort and twist. But she wouldn't attack. Not without the command of the Adjudicator.
  53.
  54. "Lord Rowan. Let me have her to myself, if things get out of hand. She threatened to take Mom away from me. This is personal." Her eyes dilated. As her shadow began to seemingly wrap around her form. The wrappings seem to be like some sort of tendrils or arms, embracing the young occultist. Her body shook. She was o the verge of just snapping and assaulting the Sultanah much like she did when they were in Deseti.
  55. (Franziska Beck)
  56.
  57. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  58.
  59. He said nothing as he made his way into the settlement; he was listening to the sound. He wants to hear what the sounds of Dawn thunder was like, did it carry the notes of power, or was it distant in his musings. There walkways had cool stone and that was always a joy at times, but the storm was out of his range right now. He could not hear it and that was something that bugged him.
  60.
  61. He watched all the commotion that was happening as the guards rush to move into position, so this was the undead they were so famous for. It was not his way and he did not like it, the dead should be dead their spirit allow to move to join the storm on high. They watched the world for us and spoke to those that would listen in the whispers of lightning and the songs of thunder. He wondered about that sound as before they lined off before the group. Ready to rip and tear, ready to kill and maim, he wondered about their storms and if he was to die here would he be able to find his way back to his.
  62.
  63. (Yawen-An Zhenlin)
  64.
  65. The Oscuri are warriors of Azrael.
  66.
  67. As such, it's only natural that once Arthur's mask is donned, and the storm grows around his turbulent form, her own lines of Rieka flare after a hushed incantation! Dark, smoky tendrils of air dance around her, speckled with electric-green motes of rieka, and the thick coverings of one of her casting impliments is unceremoniously torn free from it!
  68.
  69. This reveals a curve-headed staff traced with green lines, easily fed by her own circuits, with a baleful, corrupt gem fixed into it. That gem pulsates, a shard of eidolon's star itself, and the smoky currents that engulf the noblewoman form into two indistinct wings, having her launch up into the air, to float behind and to the side of the Adjudicator. Her staff has a distortion in the air around the head - an invisible, intangible scythe-blade of sound and wind.
  70.
  71. No words are spoken, the cold, detached noblewoman's staff raised, and her own undead harkening toits corrupt call. Knights in ornate armor, more suited for decoration then anything else, clad in flesh - having taken advantage of Arthur's great project, no doubt. Though they're all off. Blank-flaced, and readied for combat, while their master floats in the air, dark wings beating, the Oscuri like a vague vision of Azrael, himself, her white hair dancing in the breeze...
  72. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  73.
  74. The young Vashranan had stumbled upon an interesting scene.
  75.
  76. Walking into the square of the town he'd always hung around- there is a huge commotion. The people of Dawn and it's undead all flock behind a masked figure emanating a powerful aura, words of hostility leaving their mouths. It's all directed to a small group of strangers this child can barely see through the crowd.
  77.
  78. These people are definitely huge eyesores to these people is all Fethi knows. Specifically the also-hooded leader of their's.
  79.
  80. "W-Who are these people? Heretics?" He asks aloud to those near him, though unlikely for any of them to respond. He'd learn who these people are soon enough at least.
  81. (Fethi)
  82.
  83. Noel whispers something.
  84.
  85. Noel whispers something.
  86.
  87.
  88. Revenant asks, "Hm...?"
  89.
  90. Fethi exclaims, "Oh!"
  91. Fethi whispers something.
  92.

  116.
  117. Kuhn whispers something.
  118.
  119. Revenant whispers something.
  120.
  121. Well, Deseti forces delivered right to his very doorstep. This was something that he never expected someone to do, even if he kept the standard for Deseti pretty low by itself. But hey, they were here! And how much he loved the very prospect of what could happen now.
  122.
  123. Purple irises simply raised to stare at the Sultanah, the same mocking smirk present upon his face as of always, as he moved closer to the Adjudicator. Were they simply this dumb? Apparently, they were.
  124.
  125. He continued to simply stare. No words were spared for the ruler of Deseti, no awful rage exposed and shown to simply tell them that he hated every single part of this -- And how much he simply wanted to finish this, once and for all.
  126.
  127. Truth be told, his expression seemed to leak some pity.
  128. (Alastor G. Vishkar)
  129.
  130. Tim Cobblestone whispers something.
  131.
  132. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  133.
  134. Tim Cobblestone whispers something.
  135.
  136. Grirsh Ilmish whispers something.
  137.
  138. You have 2 minutes left until your next check. You currently do not qualify for an RPP reward in the upcoming check.
  139.
  140. Revenant whispers something.
  141.
  142. Grirsh Ilmish whispers something.
  143.
  144. Revenant whispers something.
  145.
  146. Nyphadora shimmers with magical concentration as their aura seems to search and poke around the area.
  147.
  148. Harlow came with a ragtag group of three other people. One of them was from Crafthold, Lusion a master blacksmith, another was an Occultist and another seemed quite young. Their were zero soldier's behind Harlow, behind any of them, no invading army of Huang or of Deseti and Harlow's hood which she had hoped would slow things down just a little bit from hitting the fan.
  149.
  150. Arthur must have known her mana signature from each other's letters and such an effort was left useless. A wall of people before her, of undead and of warrior's, guard's stringing bow's and crossbows and magic flaring and prepared to rip her to absoloute shreds.
  151.
  152. That hood came down, it got thrown off casually, a lavender eye casually half-lidded. Blinking, twitching at the sight of her son, her child in the background, in the back of the ranks and it..disquieted her, caused her throat to tighten and a fist to tighten within her own longcoat. That longcoat that was patchwork and her clothes that were casual.
  153.
  154. Harlow was fucking terrified, as she managed to speak.
  155.
  156. "Lusion, I asked you to be a mediator, but I don't exactly want you to die horrifically as might happen if weapon's, arrows or spell's might start slinging. Your free to run right now if you wish, I won't blame you."
  157.
  158. A hand moving to allow them to run if they needed, eye shutting tight as can be before she moves to explain herself. To Arthur, to the blood thirsty crowd before her eye's.
  159.
  160. A simple letter being pulled forth and held out for him to take.
  161.
  162. "This ain't a war party in any way, in fact these three came behind me willingly and are just people I've met and known. I'm here because Franzika offered a ransom for Anzeti and I'm willing to pay that to get them back without problem.
  163.
  164. I promised to protect the people of Deseti and all I've come here for is to attempt to get one of them back, regardless of the fact that no matter what I say, I'd probably be stabbed."
  165.
  166. Harlow, hated this a lot...she was fucking terrified and she wanted to scream with all these people planning, wanting to end her life. Harlow just had to hope the fact that she was litterally a non-threat, that she came with no war party and that her intention's are peaceful would allow her to leave unscathed.
  167.
  168. Harlow kept her uncovered eye on Arthur, her aura off, her magic low and non-threatening. Her stance set to not grab her weapon, Harlow was trying her best to make sure this diden't end badly.
  169. (Harlow Estradà)
  170.
  171. Harlow Estradà drops To The Saltyanah.
  172.
  173. Very unfortunate for her.
  174.
  175. Truth be told, this was an imperfect plan for the Sultanah, and yet something seems to spark in his eyes as the offer is spoken. He seems to send out one of his Undead to the direction of the south- not to get backup, but to fetch something for Adjudicator.
  176.
  177. "You're late."
  178.
  179. "We have Anzeti and Sa, who's Shezmu's wife, both taken as hostage. Your ransom is simply not enough to have them released, not at this point - not even if you want only one of them released."
  180.
  181. "You once said that you were willing to sacrifice yourself for the people of Deseti, Harlow. You said that you'd put yourself in a risk for them."
  182.
  183. "As such, I'm taking you in. You will become a token in negotiation against Huangzhou and involvement of Deseti in war, and you will be collared."
  184.
  185. "If you refuse, the hostages will be killed. If you don't, your people still have a chance - including the ones you brought with yourself."
  186.
  187. The Adjudicator looms over her, floating on the wind of a Storm. The scarlet glow of his eyes constantly stared at her, awaiting.
  188.
  189. "Your answer?"
  190. (Arthur Rowan)
  191.
  192. You pick up Sugarcap Mushroom.
  193.
  194. Arthur Rowan unlocks the door.
  195.
  196.
  197.
  198.
  199. The Stormguard
  200.
  201. A building created with the architecture and design of Gehenna.
  202.
  203.
  204.
  205. Arthur Rowan opens the chest.
  206.
  207. Arthur Rowan has taken Anti-Magic Restraint from the chest.
  208.
  209. Arthur Rowan has taken Anti-Magic Remote from the chest.
  210.
  211. Arthur Rowan closes the chest.
  212.
  213. Arthur Rowan opens the chest.
  214.
  215. Arthur Rowan has placed Sugarcap Mushroom into the chest.
  216.
  217. Arthur Rowan closes the chest.
  218.
  219.
  220.
  221.
  222. Dawn [SETTLEMENT]
  223.
  224. Risen from the remnants of once fallen nation, this city boasts an impressive architecture, the army and its infrastructure.
  225.
  226. The people of this place are tenacious, crafty and tough, having seen a lot of struggle and fights both in their past and current times. Like a beacon of hope, the Statue of Azrael shines on with the sky-like hues of blue and emerald colors of green in the middle of the city - it is surrounded by six Obelisks of Power, each covered in runes of superb craftsmanship, humming and buzzing as they function.
  227.
  228. What's odd is the fact that the presence of corruption is almost null and void, and walking corpses are no more. One will not be able to find a rotten carcass anymore - instead, the Knights, craftsmen, traders and ordinary citizens wander about, some clad in armor and some in normal clothing, but they look strangely normal.
  229.
  230. The Dawn's population didn't decrease by a single bit, yet there are no more Undead. Or are there?
  231.
  232. A keen eye may discern something off about specific citizens, but it takes investigation and perception to detect. One thing is certain - times have changed.
  233.
  234. And so did Dawn.
  235.
  236.
  237. Arthur Rowan locks the door.
  238.
  239. Tim Cobblestone whispers something.
  240.
  241. Sindarin seemed to walk in on a Scene, seemed Deseti thought themselves strong enough to just stroll in and so they did. Sindarin doubted they even needed the assistance of the Death Knights but they were there ready for battle reguardless.
  242.
  243.
  244. Sin looks over to Revenant and a few others and gestures to them to indicate he was ready to unleash hell on his enemies.
  245. (Sindarin Signus)
  246.
  247. Grea.
  248. Awesome.
  249. Peachy.
  250.
  251. The group - in a pack of three, came into obviously hosile territory. Thankfully the man had already attested to these terms of agreements knowing his rather embarassing layout of notions regarding him and Deseti. This wasn't his problem however.
  252.
  253. He stood out from the group, obviously appearing at the betterment of his health than the two between him, and the older woman ahead of him. Moving into Dawn? Not a great idea, but it was her plan. Her people.
  254.
  255. ".. Not the best idea," he murmured to the hooded woman. The Ookami took a moment to admire an old weapon holstered by an unknown woman. The sickle he forged for a certain Oscuri. How well it seems to still hold value to be passed down. "They're here to attain back some of their own.. people with promised trade from someone amongst you."
  256.
  257. His position is lethargically placed at the back-sides, though not giving any kind of insight of planning to suddenly turn tail. He's too tired to resort to that sort of notion. But it seemed Arthur had better plans, atleast in lesser activities to act on his aggression and give the woman an opportunity to make ammends.
  258.
  259. "Your bargaining chip is suddenly.. way more in value, Harlow. I can't tell you what to do, but if this is for your people, I'm sure you'll do what you can to see them thrive."
  260. (Lusion Casksworn)
  261.
  262. Franziska continued to hold her staff pointedly at the Sultanah. More and more she wanted to tear into the Sultanah.
  263. (Franziska Beck)
  264.
  265.
  266. Lusion Casksworn says, "-- Less in value. Sorry."
  267. Empathy could be such a powerful tool; it held both the ability to assess the powers of others, but more importantly it could feel their emotions.
  268.
  269. But with the blessing of feeling the emotions of others, it also came with the curse of... Well, feeling their emotions- Anger could quickly affect her, as could sadness. And the Sultana was what the Fae had in focus, their emotions flooding into the Elder Fae.
  270.
  271. A frown would turn her lips, a glance paid to Arthur before returning to Harlow.
  272.
  273. Though of course it was but a temporary thing; the wrath towards the Sultana of those nearby was most definitely counteracting it.
  274.
  275. "What a sad twist of fate…" A sigh, though quickly overtaken by a giggle, "But I expected nothing less of Arthur!"
  276.
  277. Arthur made a selfish choice for victory, something the Fae would have most certainly not. But that was the very reason she had chosen him as the next Adjudicator in the firstplace.
  278. (Nyphadora)
  279.
  280. Revenant had only just entered the area, and already he had learned much of what was going on. Those around him in chatter told him these Deseti people were not looking for a battle of any sort.. though he wondered why any would be so foolish as just to walk up to an enemy stronghold without any defense on their side.
  281.
  282. Although, Revenant knew exactly why they did it.
  283.
  284. Dawn was losing it's look. The once great land of the dead did not insight fear in those as it once did. Enemies shouldn't simply stroll into their lands, especially not in hopes to regain a prisoner. It enraged the man, and he half the mind to sick his own army on them right now. . But it wasn't his place.
  285.
  286. Remaining still, the Undead would watch from the sidelines, brooding at the group for the time being. Hopefully Arthur would give some sort of order against this, for this was simply a spit in their faces.
  287.
  288. Hearing the Adjudicator's words made him smile, none the less. It seemed Arthur hadn't completely lost his Sadistic touch.
  289.
  290. As Sindarin came in to give an order, Revenant would hold his ground. Things were dealt with, and no fight would happen here. Lifting a hand, Revenant waits. If battle did indeed start, he'd give the command to attack. His Knights were trained to watch his movements, they'd know what to do when the time came, if that time came.
  291. (Revenant)
  292.
  293. As much of a commotion as one presence could bring, it was certainly alike the fox to simply assume a position over to the side, his ruby gaze flicking between the many faces present. Some familiar, and others entirely new. Though, a massing of this nature always did typically warrant a handful would always sneak their way inside.
  294.
  295. "Well, I can't say that events such as this will never be civil.."
  296.
  297. While the people flocked together to stake their claim, the Grauhimmel simply chews upon the tip of his thumb, tension giving way to hunger. A trait, that the fox seemed to hone quietly as his slit pupils narrow onto the group ahead.
  298.
  299. "I've no doubt what was intended to be bartering for lives suddenly devolving into some sort of execution."
  300.
  301. It was ironic being on the other side, especially since he subjected himself to the same in his youth with the walled-settlement itself.
  302. (Ludovic Grauhimmel)
  303.
  304. You have 48 minutes left until your next check. You currently qualify for an RPP reward in the upcoming check!
  305.
  306. Ah, this person. He'd seen them many times, with no real actual words, and that was just fine with him. He had no need to speak with them and vice versa, the same was true.
  307.
  308. Of course that didn't exactly explain why they were here, speaking to Arthur and Bei, in the city that was obviously not very fond of them. Perhaps she had taken things very literal when the chosen words, Your Move had come along?
  309.
  310. If such was the case, he had to give it to her that she was very bold.
  311.
  312. But, Farin dismisses her entirely, and Lusion at that, for the moment. Looking around at the presence of vampires. Such an annoyance. They were likely not even caring to shy away.
  313.
  314. ''You don't have to sound so excited.''
  315.
  316. He mumbles to Ludovic, clearly spotting the amusement without even having to give the fox a look.
  317.
  318. ''It's like you're looking for scraps once it's said and done.''
  319.
  320. Wasn't -he- supposed to be the animal, here?
  321.
  322. Seriously, though. What the fuck, with these vampires!
  323. (Farin Wray)
  324.
  325. A truly stupid plan.
  326.
  327. The platinum-white haired Oscuri blinks a time or two at the notion of the Adjudicator having Sa. It seems that this noblewoman does need to pay a visit. Perhaps Sa can be used to lure Kirza, and thus Astaria out of hiding.
  328.
  329. Nevertheless, the floating figure surveys the group of intruders with her callous, intense eyes of electric-green, while glass-fracture like, glowing patterns are visible through her armor and clothes. The tiniest smirk appears upon her face at the Adjudicator's 'offer', while her darkened wings of air flap slowly behind her, keeping her aloft behind the others.
  330.
  331. It's nothing approaching the tempest that Arthur has, or the burning wings of starlight that Bei herself has, but it's more the religious ties - looking a little like her Lord. Oscuri where made to be flashy, of course.
  332.
  333. Smoky 'feathers', speckled with those electric-green motes, drift towards the ground, falling from her wings of air...
  334. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  335.
  336. ...Leverage
  337.
  338. That's what the Adjudicator had, if it was up to Kai? He would've probably ordered them to be executed for stepping into these lands, but it seemed Arthur was far more experieced with tiring the tide to something he can use for his personal gain and profit. He had the Sultanah within his reach, both literally and metaphorically, and that was a sight to behold.
  339.
  340. It showed the Doctor that politics are far more important than brute strength. No matter how hard Harlow tried, she could not argue with what the Adjudicator had in mind. "That's actually really good..." Seems like the boy learned a new thing about Arthur everyday. How else would he remain in-charge of this town for over twenty years?
  341.
  342. His gaze dropped to Franziska - his affinity to the holy allowed him to feel what's been going on with her - the conflict, rather, the urge within her to strike down at the Sultanah, and it made him slightly uneasy. It seemed that she allowed the occult to control her more than she controlled it, which seems to be the beginning to all problems..
  343.
  344. "Keep yourself together, Franziska. You will get your chance.. Sooon..."
  345. (Kai)
  346.
  347. Mona sort of hugs the streetlamp, peeking an eye out at the congregation to observe the scene.
  348. (Mona Grauhimmel)
  349.
  350. Steel blue eyes starring at the Flscene. His face barely showed any emotions but he was completly concentrated in the blonde sultanah. Hiding his presence in the back of the crowd as he steps backwards and changes position hiding in the behind the trunk of a tree.
  351.
  352. His eyes closing as he cross his arms and remains in complete silence. A single tear fell from his cheek as he waited to see what happens..
  353. (Florian E.)
  354.
  355. Kuhn loses his grip on the streetlamp as Mona hugs it, stumbling forward and falling to a knee. A sigh comes after.
  356. (Kuhn)
  357.
  358. -- Violence.
  359.
  360. In such streets one could only describe this scene as nothing short of Chaos. This guest in such lands finding its very self taken, idly sticking to the side of the Invidia as those crimson irises peered forwards. No imposing aura of overwhelming occultic ability, no flesh shredding or snapping all in a means to prove oneself.
  361.
  362. Acting as a simple observer.
  363.
  364. That gaze lingering upon the hordes of undead which had each come to surround both Arthur and Bei. Intent in their actions, whatever may follow from walking upon the lands of such a duo of humans nothing short of foolish. However, even the foolish could make something exciting in their lives.
  365.
  366. For now...
  367.
  368. The demon watched.
  369. (Loa Erebonius)
  370.
  371. Just passing by.
  372.
  373. Ah, Dawn is always very amusing. The justiciar was never disappointed with his trips. What started as window shopping slowly turned to a full on show, as many people stormed into Deseti. Dirk, a wanted man one that is part of the Invidia game, Harlow, a wanted woman also part of the games.
  374.
  375. A combined total of over twenty thousand between the two of them. It was quite the sight. Such wanted people deep in enemy territory, ah but this Dawn not Baukdengrad. Still the Justiciar's curiosity was rising, Arthur spoke and Neo was delighted to hear what he had to say.
  376.
  377. "Ah, the Sultanah of shit. Harlow Estrada, a traitor doubling as a moron. Incredible."
  378.
  379. The Invidia would fall silent, his unblinking pink gaze shifting between Arthur and Harlow. This was fun, far better than window shopping.
  380. (Neo Invidia)
  381.
  382. Harlow is quiet as she takes in her son in the background, through that eye-patched eye. Why was he here, why Valmasia, did he want to just to see his Valmasian Heritage that he got from his father and from Harlow's mother through her.
  383.
  384. Perhap's, Harlow's eyes closed tight, hiding the watering within. Feeling her heart beating and hammering in her own chest. Feeling the power of everyone around her. A minute or so passed on by before she spoke, weighing her option's and finding only one.
  385.
  386. "I'm not a liar, hand me the collar. I'll put it on myself, I just hope they are better made then Eidelon's."
  387.
  388. The pockmarked neck of her's being rubbed, telling of the last one she wore, that dug into her neck and skin constantly. A small smirk perhaps at the bitterness of this all, at the slight anger she felt and was keeping back.
  389.
  390. At her son having to see this, her florian, her child. Harlow's fear beginning to change to a desire, simple to survive this imprisonment. To protect the people who had actually gone with her like absoloute madmen when she told them how dangerous it actually would be.
  391.
  392. Yet, they came with her, she admired their bravery. Friend's, genuinly some of the few she had left.
  393.
  394. "I Harlow Estrada will be taken under Valmasia's custody with no complaint, in hopes of having my fellow citizen's released one day beside me."
  395.
  396. Harlow only had one response to Neo's words.
  397.
  398. "The second Tepesh died, I had no allegiance to Baukengrade Neo."
  399.
  400. Blunt and to the point.
  401. (Harlow Estradà)
  402.
  403. Harlow
  404.
  405. Now that was a name that caught the serpent's attention. Golden bangles hanging around her wrists jingle together as the all too gaudily dressed Naga began to slowly sway and swivel, slithering mostly behind the group to get a better look at the wanted woman.
  406.
  407. Ten thousand coins was a pretty penny.
  408.
  409. The declaration of turning herself in earns a slow cant of her head and a rise of her brow- a shame, someone else was going to make a good chunk of coin from such an arrangement.
  410.
  411. For now she remains quiet, coiling herself up and slowly leaning upon her serpentine half as if it were a chair, hands folding across her midriff as she watched patiently.
  412. (Athi)
  413.
  414.
  415. Kai says, "I do not want the residue of your lips to be anywhere near mine."
  416.
  417. Mobujin Raito says, "Busy as well. Been scrambling for jobs since I came back here."
  418.
  419. Vee says, "Residue."
  420.
  421. Noel asks, "Back? Where'd you go?"
  422.
  423. Vee says, "What a. Word."
  424.
  425. Mobujin Raito says, "A few settlements east of here. I wanted to train a bit somewhere else."
  426. That's the name.
  427.
  428. Adjudicator simply offers a small nod to that response- it'd been so long since he's seen or heard anything from Inoa, and considering just how alike these two look, save for the coloring of their skin, it's safe to assume they might be related.
  429.
  430. Or it's just a very, very big coincidence.
  431.
  432. "Yes, him."
  433.
  434. "Last time I've seen him, I was only about... nineteen. But ah, seems that he disappeared ever since."
  435.
  436. "Are you a child of his?"
  437. (Arthur Rowan)
  438.
  439.
  440. Noel says, "Huh. Well, I guess if you're keeping busy, that's good."
  441. Mobujin nods his head in agreement.
  442. (Mobujin Raito)
  443.
  444.
  445. Mobujin Raito asks, "By the way, you heard about Taters, right?"
  446.
  447. Kai exclaims, "I am a walking dictionary, Vee!"
  448.
  449. Noel says, "Yeah. He was acting like an idiot."
  450.
  451. Kai asks, "Do you really think anyone that calls themselves Taters can be capable of intelligent actions?"
  452.
  453. Mobujin Raito says, "I thought he could do it."
  454. Franziska shrugs. She'd then quickly finish the ice cream pop. Munching on it quickly. Only for ehr face to scrunch up. She caused herself a brainfreeze. The girl then crouched down, rubbing the temples of her head. "Owowow"
  455. (Franziska Beck)
  456.
  457.
  458. Mobujin Raito says, "But I heard he's still around here somewhere, though..."
  459.
  460. Noel says, "He was given a second chance. More than I'd imagined he'd get. But... Not my decision."
  461.
  462. Mobujin Raito asks, "As a servant, right?"
  463.
  464. Noel says, "Sure as heck a failure in my eyes though. Next time he tries to mouth off to me I'll be sure I take back every bit of help I've given him."
  465.
  466. Noel says, "Dunno, don't care."
  467.
  468. Noel says, "Mmn. Look at the time."
  469.
  470. Noel says, "Mine run."
  471.
  472. Mobujin Raito says, "And off he goes. Hm."
  473. Kai suddenly rushes forth standing inches away from Franziska. He'd never heard of a brain freeze before, or seen it in action - actually. Therefore, it caused him to assume that something was wrong with the witch.
  474.
  475. "Are you okay? This could be an after-affect of a concussion. You should lie down-.." He sounds way too concerned, actually - for someone he calls simply a colleague. His hand presses against her shoulder, at the same time his holy energies seem to die down..
  476.
  477. At the same time, however, Kai's eyes were staring into Franziska's, attempting to see how well her pupils react to the light.
  478. (Kai)
  479.
  480. Vee whispers something.
  481.
  482. Florian E. whispers something.
  483.
  484. Florian E. whispers something.
  485.
  486. "Probably."
  487.
  488. It was hard to say, anymore. At first he was certain of it- given their shared traits and similar affinities. But after meeting yet another shark Siren just a few days prior, it was hard to tell if they were all related or if several of the sharks had been sent to Agartha through coincidence.
  489.
  490. "I'm from the Atl, and people keep tellin' me to do it better than he and Pasis did. So even if I wasn't Inoa's son.. I doubt people would let me step out of his shadow anytime soon." A couple of passive chomps at the air are taken before the boy adjusts the heated blade on his back, doing well to keep it from burning his clothes or head.
  491.
  492. "Enough about me, though. You're the famous guy, right? Leader of Valmasia, bringer of storms? I traveled here to find ya'."
  493. (Kuhn)
  494.
  495. Standing up quickly at Kai's concern, she'd only close one eye, rubbing the back of her head, and readjusting her witch hat to fit proper on her head. "It... it's fine. Brainfreeze. Happens when you eat cold stuff too fast or in too large of amounts. Heheh." She'd pause, squinting her eyes shut, opening them up after.
  496.
  497. "Thank you for your concern."
  498. (Franziska Beck)
  499.
  500. Kai retreats back to his spot next to the lamp post, nodding once.
  501.
  502. "Idiot..." He mutters out, chuckling slightly - before frowning again, both of his arms wrap into a cross.
  503.
  504. "You had me worried there..."
  505. (Kai)
  506.
  507. Vee whispers something.
  508.
  509. The Atl trible?
  510.
  511. The broken one. There's not much he's ever heard from Atl these days, and they stayed away from any sort of spotlight for a very, very long time. In fact, it's quite easy to judge Atl as simply the rogue Sirenian shark that has been doing some things, another Sirenian who just happened to become a Greed Sin, and...
  512.
  513. That's it. There was nobody else for decades.
  514.
  515. "Mm... I don't think anyone would really care much that you're from Atl. They haven't been exactly doing anything at all for the last... thirty years, or so."
  516.
  517. "Though, I suppose some people might still be bitter or petty enough to come at you about it."
  518.
  519. But there's a pause. What's a Sirenian got to do with him? Most of the time, people come to him for teachings of the Necromancy, at times Arcane- the latter only being taught much rarer than the former.
  520.
  521. "Yes. I'm the Adjudicator of Valmasia."
  522.
  523. "What is it you needed?"
  524. (Arthur Rowan)

  560.
  561. Vee whispers something.
  562.
  563.
  564. Kai asks, "Why were you running around with your skeletons?"
  565.
  566. Kai asks, "Don't people usually keep them in a closet?"
  567.
  568. Kai says, "Or something..."
  569.
  570. Arthur Rowan says, "Kai..."
  571.
  572. Arthur Rowan asks, "Do you have a bone to pick with Necromancers?"
  573.
  574. Grirsh Ilmish asks, "Is that some kind of pun?"
  575. Ophelia is doing nothing of the sort, of course.
  576. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  577.
  578.
  579. Ophelia de' Fiano asks, "Hm?"
  580. Kai no she did, stop lying..
  581. (Kai)
  582.
  583.
  584. Kai says, "I may have a bone to pick with them, yes-.."
  585. Vee whispers something.
  586.
  587. Atl was a dumpster fire. Gehennans knew it, and judging by the words that came from the man's mouth, the rest of Agartha did too.
  588.
  589. While the prospect of bitter individuals approaching him for the actions of his forefathers is a thought to keep in mind, the youth seems more focused on the other key aspects of it. Namely, the fact that nothing beneficial had come out of the pit of greed that was once a great tribe since long before the Siren had even walked on land.
  590.
  591. The title of Adjudicator soars over his head, but the confirmation that his trip had not been in vain brings a slight grin to Kuhn's features.
  592.
  593. "I want t'learn to control the storm. To make em' and use em' to destroy Huangzh--" Oh.
  594.
  595. .. Oh.
  596. (Kuhn)
  597.
  598.

  606. Vee whispers something.
  607.
  608. Alastor G. Vishkar whispers something.
  609.
  610. Kai whispers: How much of an idiot do you have to be to walk straight into enemy territory?
  611.
  612. Grirsh Ilmish whispers something.
  613.
  614. --The conversation with Kuhn could wait.
  615.
  617.
  618. "To arms, now!"
  619.
  620. A single shout, before he rises to the air, floating on the whirlwind of a small tornado that carries him. Amidst it all, the mask slides over his face- a mask that symbolized naught but the readiness of Arthur for battle, the one he'd always worn before a certain thing would commence.
  621.
  622. And that's bloodshed.
  623.
  624. "I'm unsure what's wrong with you."
  625.
  626. "To plot to attack Dawn alongside with Huangzhou, right after having your forces defend them and refusing my demands? You probably have a deathwish."
  627.
  628. Assuch, the glare of crimson burns in the man's eyes. It's the raw energy of Arcane that swirls and surrounds him, feeding unto potential violence that may just unfold now- it's easy to tell that this will not go easy for them, not at all.
  629.
  630. "I'll let you explain yourself, once."
  631.
  632. "What do you think you're doing here?"
  633. (Arthur Rowan)
  634.
  635. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  636.
  637. Lusion tiredly turns to Harlow.
  638. (Lusion Casksworn)
  639.
  640. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  641.
  642. It was seldom anything happened as interesting as Arthur cutting off his conversation to call forth an army of Undead; Nyphadora could not help but to fly as close as possible, hovering as close to Arthur as one could assume would be safe given his current… Rage.
  643.
  644. "Oho!" She would sound, a little giggle escaping shortly after though aside from that there was only silence. She would watch with great interest, still a bit baffled at the sight of Harlow of all people in Dawn!
  645. (Nyphadora)
  646.
  647. Kai, the Doctor - hadn't really planned on fighting right in the middle of Dawn's square, especially not with Deseti's people. He never expected them to really show up around these parts.
  648.
  649. "What kind of an idiot do you have to be to walk here, on your own, knowing that you'll probably never come out of here alive?" Kai seemed baffled, so much so, he'd never expected a human to pull something so against their instincts of survival and literally walk into enemy territory.
  650.
  651. The poor boy seems dumb-founded, even when he readies himself for battle - holy energies hum around him, calm yet fast-paced, circulating through him which could only mean that he was ready for battle.
  652.
  653. The earth itself bent it's will for the Doctor, rumbling below the people of Deseti.
  654. (Kai)
  655.
  656. The wings of the drakanite opened as wide as they could, blue hues watching the intruders, curious how wise was the decision to wander just onto enemy territory, on the center of it...
  657.
  658. A trident on his left, the flame slowly igniting on the weapon, as the gaze would be fixed on them...
  659.
  660. "How wise can someone be to enter right on the middle of enemy territory? Is this some kind of advanced war tactic or just... sheer courage our stupidity?"
  661. (Grirsh Ilmish)
  662.
  664.
  665. "Kill her child. Kill her. She tried to separate us. Burn her. Rip her apart." Her eyes squinted, as that voice in her head began to nag at her once more, causing her shadow to seemingly distort and twist. But she wouldn't attack. Not without the command of the Adjudicator.
  666.
  668. (Franziska Beck)
  669.
  670. Neo Invidia whispers something.
  671.
  673.
  675.
  676. (Yawen-An Zhenlin)
  677.
  678. The Oscuri are warriors of Azrael.
  679.
  681.
  683.
  685. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  686.
  687. The young Vashranan had stumbled upon an interesting scene.
  688.
  689. Walking into the square of the town he'd always hung around- there is a huge commotion. The people of Dawn and it's undead all flock behind a masked figure emanating a powerful aura, words of hostility leaving their mouths. It's all directed to a small group of strangers this child can barely see through the crowd.
  690.
  691. These people are definitely huge eyesores to these people is all Fethi knows. Specifically the also-hooded leader of their's.
  692.
  693. "W-Who are these people? Heretics?" He asks aloud to those near him, though unlikely for any of them to respond. He'd learn who these people are soon enough at least.
  694. (Fethi)

  734. Well, Deseti forces delivered right to his very doorstep. This was something that he never expected someone to do, even if he kept the standard for Deseti pretty low by itself. But hey, they were here! And how much he loved the very prospect of what could happen now.
  735.
  736. Purple irises simply raised to stare at the Sultanah, the same mocking smirk present upon his face as of always, as he moved closer to the Adjudicator. Were they simply this dumb? Apparently, they were.
  737.
  738. He continued to simply stare. No words were spared for the ruler of Deseti, no awful rage exposed and shown to simply tell them that he hated every single part of this -- And how much he simply wanted to finish this, once and for all.
  739.
  740. Truth be told, his expression seemed to leak some pity.

  762.
  763. Arthur must have known her mana signature from each other's letters and such an effort was left useless. A wall of people before her, of undead and of warrior's, guard's stringing bow's and crossbows and magic flaring and prepared to rip her to absoloute shreds.
  764.
  766.
  767. Harlow was fucking terrified, as she managed to speak.
  768.
  769. "Lusion, I asked you to be a mediator, but I don't exactly want you to die horrifically as might happen if weapon's, arrows or spell's might start slinging. Your free to run right now if you wish, I won't blame you."
  770.
  771. A hand moving to allow them to run if they needed, eye shutting tight as can be before she moves to explain herself. To Arthur, to the blood thirsty crowd before her eye's.
  772.
  773. A simple letter being pulled forth and held out for him to take.
  774.
  775. "This ain't a war party in any way, in fact these three came behind me willingly and are just people I've met and known. I'm here because Franzika offered a ransom for Anzeti and I'm willing to pay that to get them back without problem.
  776.
  777. I promised to protect the people of Deseti and all I've come here for is to attempt to get one of them back, regardless of the fact that no matter what I say, I'd probably be stabbed."
  778.
  779. Harlow, hated this a lot...she was fucking terrified and she wanted to scream with all these people planning, wanting to end her life. Harlow just had to hope the fact that she was litterally a non-threat, that she came with no war party and that her intention's are peaceful would allow her to leave unscathed.
  780.
  781. Harlow kept her uncovered eye on Arthur, her aura off, her magic low and non-threatening. Her stance set to not grab her weapon, Harlow was trying her best to make sure this diden't end badly.
  782. (Harlow Estradà)
  783.
  784. Harlow Estradà drops To The Saltyanah.
  785.
  786. Very unfortunate for her.
  787.
  788. Truth be told, this was an imperfect plan for the Sultanah, and yet something seems to spark in his eyes as the offer is spoken. He seems to send out one of his Undead to the direction of the south- not to get backup, but to fetch something for Adjudicator.
  789.
  790. "You're late."
  791.
  792. "We have Anzeti and Sa, who's Shezmu's wife, both taken as hostage. Your ransom is simply not enough to have them released, not at this point - not even if you want only one of them released."
  793.
  794. "You once said that you were willing to sacrifice yourself for the people of Deseti, Harlow. You said that you'd put yourself in a risk for them."
  795.
  796. "As such, I'm taking you in. You will become a token in negotiation against Huangzhou and involvement of Deseti in war, and you will be collared."
  797.
  798. "If you refuse, the hostages will be killed. If you don't, your people still have a chance - including the ones you brought with yourself."
  799.
  800. The Adjudicator looms over her, floating on the wind of a Storm. The scarlet glow of his eyes constantly stared at her, awaiting.
  801.
  802. "Your answer?"
  803. (Arthur Rowan)
  804.
  805. You pick up Sugarcap Mushroom.
  806.
  807. Arthur Rowan unlocks the door.
  808.
  809.
  810.
  811.
  812. The Stormguard
  813.
  814. A building created with the architecture and design of Gehenna.
  815.
  816.
  817.
  818. Arthur Rowan opens the chest.
  819.
  820. Arthur Rowan has taken Anti-Magic Restraint from the chest.
  821.
  822. Arthur Rowan has taken Anti-Magic Remote from the chest.
  823.
  824. Arthur Rowan closes the chest.
  825.
  826. Arthur Rowan opens the chest.
  827.
  828. Arthur Rowan has placed Sugarcap Mushroom into the chest.
  829.
  830. Arthur Rowan closes the chest.
  831.
  832.
  833.
  834.
  835. Dawn [SETTLEMENT]
  836.
  837. Risen from the remnants of once fallen nation, this city boasts an impressive architecture, the army and its infrastructure.
  838.
  840.
  842.
  843. The Dawn's population didn't decrease by a single bit, yet there are no more Undead. Or are there?
  844.
  845. A keen eye may discern something off about specific citizens, but it takes investigation and perception to detect. One thing is certain - times have changed.
  846.
  847. And so did Dawn.
  848.
  849.
  850. Arthur Rowan locks the door.
  851.
  852. Tim Cobblestone whispers something.
  853.
  854. Sindarin seemed to walk in on a Scene, seemed Deseti thought themselves strong enough to just stroll in and so they did. Sindarin doubted they even needed the assistance of the Death Knights but they were there ready for battle reguardless.
  855.
  856.
  857. Sin looks over to Revenant and a few others and gestures to them to indicate he was ready to unleash hell on his enemies.
  858. (Sindarin Signus)
  859.
  860. Grea.
  861. Awesome.
  862. Peachy.
  863.
  864. The group - in a pack of three, came into obviously hosile territory. Thankfully the man had already attested to these terms of agreements knowing his rather embarassing layout of notions regarding him and Deseti. This wasn't his problem however.
  865.
  866. He stood out from the group, obviously appearing at the betterment of his health than the two between him, and the older woman ahead of him. Moving into Dawn? Not a great idea, but it was her plan. Her people.
  867.
  869.
  871.
  872. "Your bargaining chip is suddenly.. way more in value, Harlow. I can't tell you what to do, but if this is for your people, I'm sure you'll do what you can to see them thrive."
  873. (Lusion Casksworn)
  874.
  875. Franziska continued to hold her staff pointedly at the Sultanah. More and more she wanted to tear into the Sultanah.
  876. (Franziska Beck)
  877.
  878.
  879. Lusion Casksworn says, "-- Less in value. Sorry."
  880. Empathy could be such a powerful tool; it held both the ability to assess the powers of others, but more importantly it could feel their emotions.
  881.
  882. But with the blessing of feeling the emotions of others, it also came with the curse of... Well, feeling their emotions- Anger could quickly affect her, as could sadness. And the Sultana was what the Fae had in focus, their emotions flooding into the Elder Fae.
  883.
  884. A frown would turn her lips, a glance paid to Arthur before returning to Harlow.
  885.
  886. Though of course it was but a temporary thing; the wrath towards the Sultana of those nearby was most definitely counteracting it.
  887.
  888. "What a sad twist of fate…" A sigh, though quickly overtaken by a giggle, "But I expected nothing less of Arthur!"
  889.
  890. Arthur made a selfish choice for victory, something the Fae would have most certainly not. But that was the very reason she had chosen him as the next Adjudicator in the firstplace.
  891. (Nyphadora)
  892.
  893. Revenant had only just entered the area, and already he had learned much of what was going on. Those around him in chatter told him these Deseti people were not looking for a battle of any sort.. though he wondered why any would be so foolish as just to walk up to an enemy stronghold without any defense on their side.
  894.
  895. Although, Revenant knew exactly why they did it.
  896.
  898.
  899. Remaining still, the Undead would watch from the sidelines, brooding at the group for the time being. Hopefully Arthur would give some sort of order against this, for this was simply a spit in their faces.
  900.
  901. Hearing the Adjudicator's words made him smile, none the less. It seemed Arthur hadn't completely lost his Sadistic touch.
  902.
  904. (Revenant)
  905.
  906. As much of a commotion as one presence could bring, it was certainly alike the fox to simply assume a position over to the side, his ruby gaze flicking between the many faces present. Some familiar, and others entirely new. Though, a massing of this nature always did typically warrant a handful would always sneak their way inside.
  907.
  908. "Well, I can't say that events such as this will never be civil.."
  909.
  910. While the people flocked together to stake their claim, the Grauhimmel simply chews upon the tip of his thumb, tension giving way to hunger. A trait, that the fox seemed to hone quietly as his slit pupils narrow onto the group ahead.
  911.
  912. "I've no doubt what was intended to be bartering for lives suddenly devolving into some sort of execution."
  913.
  914. It was ironic being on the other side, especially since he subjected himself to the same in his youth with the walled-settlement itself.
  915. (Ludovic Grauhimmel)
  916.
  917. You have 48 minutes left until your next check. You currently qualify for an RPP reward in the upcoming check!
  918.
  919. Ah, this person. He'd seen them many times, with no real actual words, and that was just fine with him. He had no need to speak with them and vice versa, the same was true.
  920.
  921. Of course that didn't exactly explain why they were here, speaking to Arthur and Bei, in the city that was obviously not very fond of them. Perhaps she had taken things very literal when the chosen words, Your Move had come along?
  922.
  923. If such was the case, he had to give it to her that she was very bold.
  924.
  925. But, Farin dismisses her entirely, and Lusion at that, for the moment. Looking around at the presence of vampires. Such an annoyance. They were likely not even caring to shy away.
  926.
  927. ''You don't have to sound so excited.''
  928.
  929. He mumbles to Ludovic, clearly spotting the amusement without even having to give the fox a look.
  930.
  931. ''It's like you're looking for scraps once it's said and done.''
  932.
  933. Wasn't -he- supposed to be the animal, here?
  934.
  935. Seriously, though. What the fuck, with these vampires!
  936. (Farin Wray)
  937.
  938. A truly stupid plan.
  939.
  940. The platinum-white haired Oscuri blinks a time or two at the notion of the Adjudicator having Sa. It seems that this noblewoman does need to pay a visit. Perhaps Sa can be used to lure Kirza, and thus Astaria out of hiding.
  941.
  943.
  944. It's nothing approaching the tempest that Arthur has, or the burning wings of starlight that Bei herself has, but it's more the religious ties - looking a little like her Lord. Oscuri where made to be flashy, of course.
  945.
  946. Smoky 'feathers', speckled with those electric-green motes, drift towards the ground, falling from her wings of air...
  947. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  948.
  949. ...Leverage
  950.
  952.
  954.
  956.
  957. "Keep yourself together, Franziska. You will get your chance.. Sooon..."
  958. (Kai)
  959.
  960. Mona sort of hugs the streetlamp, peeking an eye out at the congregation to observe the scene.
  961. (Mona Grauhimmel)
  962.
  963. Steel blue eyes starring at the Flscene. His face barely showed any emotions but he was completly concentrated in the blonde sultanah. Hiding his presence in the back of the crowd as he steps backwards and changes position hiding in the behind the trunk of a tree.
  964.
  965. His eyes closing as he cross his arms and remains in complete silence. A single tear fell from his cheek as he waited to see what happens..
  966. (Florian E.)
  967.
  968. Kuhn loses his grip on the streetlamp as Mona hugs it, stumbling forward and falling to a knee. A sigh comes after.
  969. (Kuhn)
  970.
  971.
  972. Athi says, "What a crowd."
  973.
  974. Ludovic Grauhimmel says, "You're a crowd."
  975.
  976. Athi says, "Why thank you~"
  977.
  978. Ludovic Grauhimmel says, "...Mmn."
  979. -- Violence.
  980.
  982.
  983. Acting as a simple observer.
  984.
  985. That gaze lingering upon the hordes of undead which had each come to surround both Arthur and Bei. Intent in their actions, whatever may follow from walking upon the lands of such a duo of humans nothing short of foolish. However, even the foolish could make something exciting in their lives.
  986.
  987. For now...
  988.
  989. The demon watched.
  990. (Loa Erebonius)
  991.
  992.
  993. Mona Grauhimmel says, "Grrr."
  994. Just passing by.
  995.
  997.
  998. A combined total of over twenty thousand between the two of them. It was quite the sight. Such wanted people deep in enemy territory, ah but this Dawn not Baukdengrad. Still the Justiciar's curiosity was rising, Arthur spoke and Neo was delighted to hear what he had to say.
  999.
1000. "Ah, the Sultanah of shit. Harlow Estrada, a traitor doubling as a moron. Incredible."
  1001.
1002. The Invidia would fall silent, his unblinking pink gaze shifting between Arthur and Harlow. This was fun, far better than window shopping.
  1003. (Neo Invidia)
  1004.
  1005. Sugarboy whispers something.

  1018.
  1019. Vee whispers something.
  1020.
  1021. Sugarboy whispers something.
  1022.
1023. Harlow is quiet as she takes in her son in the background, through that eye-patched eye. Why was he here, why Valmasia, did he want to just to see his Valmasian Heritage that he got from his father and from Harlow's mother through her.
  1024.
1025. Perhap's, Harlow's eyes closed tight, hiding the watering within. Feeling her heart beating and hammering in her own chest. Feeling the power of everyone around her. A minute or so passed on by before she spoke, weighing her option's and finding only one.
  1026.
1027. "I'm not a liar, hand me the collar. I'll put it on myself, I just hope they are better made then Eidelon's."
  1028.
1029. The pockmarked neck of her's being rubbed, telling of the last one she wore, that dug into her neck and skin constantly. A small smirk perhaps at the bitterness of this all, at the slight anger she felt and was keeping back.
  1030.
1031. At her son having to see this, her florian, her child. Harlow's fear beginning to change to a desire, simple to survive this imprisonment. To protect the people who had actually gone with her like absoloute madmen when she told them how dangerous it actually would be.
  1032.
1033. Yet, they came with her, she admired their bravery. Friend's, genuinly some of the few she had left.
  1034.
1035. "I Harlow Estrada will be taken under Valmasia's custody with no complaint, in hopes of having my fellow citizen's released one day beside me."
  1036.
1037. Harlow only had one response to Neo's words.
  1038.
1039. "The second Tepesh died, I had no allegiance to Baukengrade Neo."
  1040.
1041. Blunt and to the point.
  1042. (Harlow Estradà)
  1043.
  1044. Vee whispers something.

  1062.
  1063. Dirk says, "Lady Sultana..."
  1064. Grirsh Ilmish whispers something.
  1065.
  1066. Harlow
  1067.
1068. Now that was a name that caught the serpent's attention. Golden bangles hanging around her wrists jingle together as the all too gaudily dressed Naga began to slowly sway and swivel, slithering mostly behind the group to get a better look at the wanted woman.
  1069.
1070. Ten thousand coins was a pretty penny.
  1071.
1072. The declaration of turning herself in earns a slow cant of her head and a rise of her brow- a shame, someone else was going to make a good chunk of coin from such an arrangement.
  1073.
1074. For now she remains quiet, coiling herself up and slowly leaning upon her serpentine half as if it were a chair, hands folding across her midriff as she watched patiently.
  1075. (Athi)
  1076.
  1077. Noel whispers something.
  1078.
  1079. Noel whispers something.
  1080.
  1081. Noel whispers something.
  1082.
1083. Attempting to place the restraint on Harlow Estradà...
  1084.
  1085. Noel whispers something.
  1086.
1087. Arthur Rowan has placed Harlow Estradà into anti-magic restraints!
  1088.
  1089. Sugarboy whispers something.
  1090.
  1091. Fethi whispers something.
  1092.
  1093. Fethi whispers something.

  1096.
  1097.
  1098. Dirk asks, "A Naga... Like Ni-Essa?"
  1099.
1100. Athi says, "I, am her older sibling."
1101. Athi is also like twice Ni-Essa's size.
  1102. (Athi)
  1103.
  1104. "Very well."
  1105.
1106. Floating closer, the Adjudicator ordered his Undead to restrain the woman by her arms- it was a simple hold, all to ensure that she would not resist the process of being detained by Arthur in such manner. The collar snaps open, if only to elevate it closer to the woman's neck.
  1107.
  1108. A simple snap.
  1109.
1110. "I admire your bravery, really."
  1111.
1112. He says so, while fixating the collar on her neck. It's made to adjust the fitting accordingly, and yet, the masked man looks up at her. There's a glare in his crimson eyes, a brief glance to the men that accompanied her- specifically Dirk and Yawen- before he turns his gaze back to Harlow, his arm dragging her closer.
  1113.
  1114. "Now..."
  1115.
1116. With the Sultanah secured in his hold, the Adjudicator promptly turns his gaze to the rest of Valmasians, and suddenly--
  1117.
  1118. "DETAIN THE REST!"
  1119.
1120. "NOBODY ESCAPES! CAPTURE THEM, NOW!"
  1121.
  1122. A twist.
  1123. (Arthur Rowan)
  1124.
1125. "I wanted to kill Harlow myself but... I guess brutalizing one of you will have to do." That sadistic grin that soon bared on the girl. She was ready to rip and burn. To shred and to allow her occultism to devour. The young girl pointed her staff at Dirk, that one had a bounty and would be her target since Harlow seemed to be off the table.
  1126.
1127. "Destroy them, my dear daughter. Make them fear the occultists of Dawn."
  1128.
1129. The witch raced forward, her free hand charged with occult flames. Ready to burn anyone she managed to impact with the flames.
  1130. (Franziska Beck)
  1131.
  1132. This!
  1133.
1134. Such action was what this beast had lived for! The rush of this Demon followed only by a sudden assault of potent occultic magic charging after each and every figure that had attempted to escape. Hunger, such a simplistic desire burrowed deep inside the very soul of each and every demonic creation now driving this abomination.
  1135.
  1136. To a feast.
  1137.
1138. Such came as it's only motivation as tendrils would begin to stretch outwards and reach towards every soldier that would work to leave. Seek to claim the lives of those that would so desperately attempt to escape with their meaningless lives, escape without hope for redemption of safety ever again.
  1139.
1140. "This... This is the excitement I expect from humans, even if such was brought about by a single foolish woman."
  1141.
  1142. Very, very foolish.
  1143. (Loa Erebonius)
  1144.
  1145. Vel Invidia whispers something.
  1146.
  1147. "Wow."
  1148.
1149. That was all that was said to the chaos mage, to Arthur Rowan the necromancer. Her voice bitter, almost deadpan and eye half-lidded and simply enough staring in disgust.
  1150.
1151. Harlow had expected just a bit better of him, it was a mistake to see Arthur as something Human, as a person or really anything worth talking to perhaps. Harlow had mistaken him for an Oscuri when she had intially writ to him before another had corrected her before the letter was sent.
  1152.
1153. He might as well be one.
  1154.
  1155. "..Wow."
  1156.
1157. Said again, hand's trying to move to gently move away from the skeleton's, Harlow was an old woman with no real magic right now and a lack of ability to help her comrades.
  1158. (Harlow Estradà)
  1159.
1160. Although she had been approaching Dirk, upon realizing that one of them was trying to escape, well.. The Serpent coils against her frame and springs into action after Lusion, alongside well..
  1161.
1162. Quite a few groups of people, the coiling serpent bustling with excitement as scales flexed and the crown upon her head remained- unmoving, oddly enough. As if it were a staple to her being. The hefty and hulking weight of the Naga was surprisingly agile for something so utterly..
  1163.
  1164. And imposingly..
  1165.
  1166. Massive
  1167.
1168. If there was a chance and gaining some form of coin or even reputation from bringing someone in mid-flight back to face whatever judgement Dawn had for them, then Athi was more than glad to partake in such endeavors.
  1169. (Athi)
  1170.
1171. Since the other two appear to have given themselves up, the floating form of Oscuri launches herself like a falcon at the only fleeing individual - the blacksmith! It's likely that she'll not be able to catch him - her magic is potent, not quick to be used - but she'll try regardless!
  1172. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  1173.
  1174. Chasing after Lusion!
  1175. (Ophelia de' Fiano)
  1176.
  1177. Test
  1178. (Dirk)
  1179.
1180. Considering that most gave a chase to the rest of individuals that accompanied Harlow, he figured that it's no use to actually chase after them- instead, a tug by Harlow's collar was given from the Adjudicator, intending to drag her off with him soon enough - as soon as he gets the reports on whether the rest escaped or were captured.
  1181.
  1182. "Silence."
  1183.
1184. "You were given a chance before. You wasted it."
  1185.
1186. Cruel, merciless. The Adjudicator has long grown tired of treating opponents and rivals nice - this was merely a testament of such, and the scarlet eyes watched the vivid scenery unfolding.
  1187. (Arthur Rowan)
