Exp shop will have exp car shop / exp weapon shop
Exp can buy special item for example rpg,car with machine gun
Rebel have exp shop for each lv 1-3
Level 1 exp locate in rebel normal base
Level 2 locate in gang hideout
Level 3 locate in kavala rebel hq
Each lv will have different special items only who have that level can buy
Rebel gain exp from
1. Press window key when working
2. By donation money to server
3. Time play in server
4. Capture flag
5. Heal other player
Deduct exp rebel by
1. Shoot gun in safe zone
2. Shoot civilian who don’t have have gun in inventory
Exp amount i will config later for each category

UN have exp shop for each class
UN gain exp from
1. Put rebel into jail
2. Work in un job
3. By donation money to server
4. Time play in server
5. Capture flag back from rebel
Deduct un exp from
1. Kill civilian without rebel license
