You have been hired to secure this installment of Ubuntu 14.04. Management has instructed you to verify that this machine is in accordance with company policy and to perform a security audit.  First and foremost, all users must be protected with a secure password and may not login directly as root. Sudo should be utilized if a user needs to run a command with escalated privileges. Employees need access to the latest stable version of LibreOffice and Firefox. Additionally, the presence of any games, hacking tools or media files not relating to work are prohibited.
