  3. September 1, 2022 update
  4. - Added two new defunct upgrades: Shield and Health regen.
  5. - Powerful upgrades have changed color, and with description. (mostly for fullscreen plays)

  7. January 9, 2023 Update:
  8. - Killing a butterfly will now give 50 credits instead of 20.
  9. - Shield rework: Instead of instantly killing enemies when the shield is touched, the shield will damage the enemy by 1 health every 0.2 seconds.
  10. - Added arrow indicators where the enemies will spawn.
  11. - Fixed a visual bug on credits where it will not show the proper amount. (Values will still cap at 1300 because tardiness.)

  13. - Notable bugs that will be fixed: If more than one butterflies spawn and one is killed, all butterflies will also receive the same damage.

  16. - Changed starting money from $500 to $600.
  17. - Moved the shield farther away from the player.

  19. - Bats no longer go an animation due to hitboxes.

  23. - Increased starting cash from $600 to $700.
  24. - Every third wave *should* show the side arrows.

  28. - Defunct Penetration upgrade has been removed.
  29. - Damage Bonus upgrade price has been increased from $300 to $350.

  37. - Started to improve the Upgrade HUD. Added upgrade icons, inspired from Team Fortress 2.
  38. - Reworked the shotgun (shells).
  39. - Updated the move speed bonus upgrade. Before it showed 10% while manipulating an additional 40%. Now it shows 30% and adds 30% to your move speed.
  40. - Reworked Bats spawn rate. Bats will spawn every second. Increases every 5 waves.
  41. - Reworked Butterfly spawn rate. Butterflies will spawn every 2 waves.

  62. - Added an additional tick to the "+1 Ammo" upgrade, from 3 ticks to 4 ticks.
  63. - Shotgun initial fire rate has been nerfed from 50% (0.5 seconds) to 40% (0.6 seconds).
  64. - Shotgun initial reload rate has been nerfed from 25% (0.75 seconds) to 15% (0.85 seconds).
  65. - Minigun is fully functional. Currently, there will be no upgrades for it. Will make a different upgrade system for it.
  66. - Added a main menu to choose between different weapons before starting.
  67. - Shotgun pellet damage reduced from 5 damage to 2 damage.
  68. (5 damage for 1 pellet, x 5 pellets for 1 shot = 25 dmg in one shot)

  76. May 28, 2024 Update:
  77. - Minigun Damage upgrade support added.
  78. - Optimized some code and renamed some variables for better readibility.
  79. - Fixed an overlooked code on Ammo upgrade where it checks "Damage upgrade counter" instead of "Ammo upgrade counter".
  80. - Upgrades no longer play a sound when you don't have enough cash or have fully upgraded an upgrade.
  81. - Added more upgrades for shield, max of 3 ticks. Each tick gives more range and damage.
  82. - Shield no longer insta-kills Dragonflies. Shield damage will be multiplied by 8.
  83. - Ammo HUD will no longer display when using minigun.
