      → beginning: honestly very shy and giggly. mei lin would basically idolize anything he would do and say stuff to make him feel better. she'd ask him about his day and if he needed help with any homework or classwork and she'd just try to make sure that his day was better than before. mei lin would frequently buy him coffee in the morning and leave it on his desk, but she'd never let him see that it was her and she'd purposely wait for his cute lil reaction. honestly i feel like she'd do anything to impress him or get a reaction out of him. because this is her longest crush ever (5 months what what), she'd doodle their initials on her notebook but it'd be like M+T or Y+L (yongie plus linny).

      → middle: they'd get more comfortable and you know she's more accepting of his friendliness, like she sees him as a normal human being now. it's difficult for her to reveal feelings so she tries her hardest for him and she's trying her best to satisfy him. at this point she's more so picking out her flaws. she's getting more insecure and it's because she knows that now there's a possibility that he can like her and that scares her so much. mei lin isn't as happy as she was before and it's because of her insecurity and she's now forcing all the happiness she once felt so he doesn't get worried. she's thinking more so about him than about herself.

      → beginning: he's a bit taken back by her behavior towards him. he's aware that girls have crushes om him and that she's one of them but never has a girl really told him straight up. he's awkward because he doesn't know what to do and he's not as experienced as he'd like to be when it comes to girl and dating in general. because she's so kind he tries to act the same way for her as well. he's heard of the rumors of her and how she's considered easy and defends her frequently. however he starts taking an interest in her and he doesn't like that because his first girlfriend (his last girlfriend) broke his heart and he wasn't willing to get into another relationship.

      → middle: at this point he sees her flirtatious behavior as a chance to make a move. he starts to get to know her and really enjoys being around her, but he realizes that she's not as comfortable around him. he tries harder to get closer whether it being what she used to do for him like ask how her day was, if she needed help in math, and even bought her iced tea for the morning before class starts. he's more open hearted when it came to her, he's starting to miss her more often and he doesn't know why. but of course he's starting to fall for her and he's okay with risking it for her.

      → end: he's more shy like whatever she does he's blushing hardcore. he's more mature now like he's able to handle her reactions and her personality honestly. it's always her initiating the skinship so it makes him feel like less of a man, but he loves being babied by her. often times it feels as if he's her father because he's always reminding her to bring a jacket, to sleep early, and to finish her homework before watching tv. he always listens to her and focuses on whatever she's talking about and remembers it later on in case it's needed. he's just loving and tries hard as this is his second ever real relationship.
