Rules: Copypasted, they were pasted a bit too fast to read.
Jacks: Trainees "knew" jacks, one enlisted did them wrong but the host
corrected them. JJs were done well. GJs went exceptionally well despite one
trainee lying. The host had to correct 2 trainees on how to do HJs.
Formations: Basic formations were practiced. Trainees struggled with the
Double SFL.
March: A march was conducted. The rules were stated.
Obby(short): This obby went quickly, trainees did well.
Obby(long): Obby rules were told by the host. Trainees had some problems with
the poles as almost everyone does, but they still managed to finish.
Side notes: I adviced the host to use roman numbers instead of normal ones
when telling how many jacks trainees have to do. The host isnt strict enough.
