All Pokemon listed have been tested and have cleared Destiny Tower. Any Pokemon not listed has not yet completed the dungeon.
Ordering of Pokemon within a tier is also unimportant, as they have been listed in Japanese name order, for the most part. A Pokemon higher than another within the same tier might not necessarily be better than one another.
This tier list was made to show which Pokemon is the best at tackling Level 1 dungeons, like DT and Zero Isle South. Unlike most of the game, where IQ skills and stat buffs alike can help out a Pokemon, raw stats, abilities, levelup times, and movesets matter the most here. Not every mon is good, and some are far better than others.

Recommended that you use female Pokemon whenever possible, as they gain a +2% in evasion. While males double their critrate (16% for males, 8% for females), consistency and the ability to dodge-tank more hits is far more important than going all in on the offense. Either you kill, or you don't. Most Pokemon on this list were tested using fem variants.

For the most part, alternate forms do not matter, so you can go about using East or West Gastrodon with no differences whatsoever. However, one Pokemon does have the distinction of having different stats and movesets depending on the form: Wormadam.

Worth noting that the original tier listing also contains "Completion Logs" mentioning how players went about clearing Destiny Tower with said mon, including items found and used, strategies, and levels at certain points/ending. Since there's hundreds of clear logs, they won't be translated.
