Amy and Mila

Amelia jogged down the Overcity street.

She'd feel a most monstrous presence, and... a ghastly pale woman with scraggly brown hair covering her face, rotting rags covering her body. In both hands, there lay a wicked scythe.

And then they have a battle, but then the reaper smacks Amelia. The sensation of being cut is like having yourself be ripped in two. One half of her is knocked out like they exited fusion.

Mila: "This is the only way I'll ever matter."
Amy: "It's something that needs to be done."

Mila: "I want to be someone different! I want to be someone that matters!"
Amy: "I want to be a hero."

Mila: "I'm not good enough without magic."
Amy: "My magic lets me do what's right."

Mila: "I want to be her friend..."
Amy: "I want to keep her safe."

Mila: "I should do something if I can."
Amy: "Monsters need to be destroyed."

Mila: "I can't let myself be scared."
Amy: "I'm not scared of you."
