What if Lubba had a storybook?

Chapter 1:

One day, on a lone planet far away...

Three Lumas were sitting in a grassy field, looking up at the stars...

“Hey! Did you see that star? It was moving!” The pink Luma to the left said.

“Woah! A shooting star? Quick! Make a wish!” The cyan Luma on the right said.

“I wish for Star Bits!” The Purple Luma in the middle said!”

“I wish I didn’t have to do chores later!” Cyan said.

“I wish I’ll become a big metal planet one day!” Pink said.

“Wooaah! I should’ve wished for that!” Cyan said.

“Huh?” The purple Luma said, looking at Pink.

“You know, a big metal planet. With like, machines! Tanks! Tons of cool stuff on it!” The pink Luma said, his imagination going wild.

“Yeah...wait! I stayed too late! My parents are gonna be so mad..” Cyan Luma said, getting up in a hurry.

“I guess it is getting kind of late huh...better get going...” the pink Luma said, now snapped out of his daydreams.

The two left in search of their homes, while the purple Luma continued to sit on the grass, thinking about what his pink friend had just said.

END OF CHAPTER ONE.


Chapter 2:

A few years after the three Luma friends had went back to their homes and families.....

The purple Luma was returning to the spot where he and his friends had sat previously. The group had grown attached to the area.

He soon saw his cyan friend. In the same spot he had always sat. The cyan Luma then turned around and looked at the purple Luma.

“HEY! Purple, quick! Get over here!” Cyan yelled. He normally wasn’t this excited about things.

Purple rushed over to Cyan, confused at his friends unusual enthusiasm.

“Purp! You almost missed it!” Cyan said with pure joy.

Before Purple could even ask, a giant burst of light showed, causing both Purple and Cyan to cover their eyes.

When the light subsided, there was a planet. A planet that had not been there before. It looked to be a giant boulder, with bits of metal on it, and giant structures of steel holding certain parts of it together.

“He did it! Pink actually did it!” Cyan said, his eyes becoming damp.

“Pink did what?” Purple said.

“You don’t remember? Pink wished to become a metal planet, and he got his wish!” Cyan states excitedly.

Cyan then got Purple to stare at the newly formed planet. “See? He said he wanted machines on it, and look! Cannons!” Cyan said pointing to the right of it.

“W-wait, is pink...gone?” Purple asked with hesitation and confusion in his voice.

“No! He’s what he’s always wanted to be! He’s a planet now. Just like the one we’re on right now!” Cyan said, droplets falling from his face.

Cyan and Purple then stared at the metal planet. Purples eyes also becoming damp.

CHAPTER THREE.

Purple decided he needed some fresh air. So he went to work.

After some time, he had repurposed a lone asteroid into a spaceship! Checking to see that everything was working, Purple blasted off into the cosmos.

With the wind blowing in his face as he piloted the vehicle, he couldn’t help but wonder about pink. Was he still awake? What was he thinking about as a planet? Had his mind wondered somewhere else?

Shaking his head, Purple continued to sail the galaxy, unknowing to the adventures he would soon have.
