pulse

"pulse" is the connection between physical objects and energy. For energy to be used, a basic understanding of pulse is required.
The phenomenon that i am referring to as pulse occurs when an certain amount of pure energy/radiation exists within, or is put into biological matter. The energy residing within the physical object creates a chemical reaction within the living tissue of an organism, which naturally generates pulse. All living beings logically have some sort of "pulse", because to sustain biological life, you must have some sort of self sustaining process. Being able to conduct such processes as metabolism, growing, reproduction, evolution, photosynthesis, ect. require the consumption, absorption, or transformation of energy within the living being. Usually, the "pulse" of a living being is infinitesimally small, because most/all energy converted stays within the body, and is used to perform biological functions to sustain it. But in the event that an organism is naturally born with a much higher amount of energy allowed in the body or is modified in some way to do so, pulse is affected. For example, the state of the physical body could increase the size of pulse. Beings with extreme physical capabilities have pulses much bigger than normal, and in turn that makes it easier to use energy. On the other hand, the alteration of the mind has a much more adverse affect. The release of hormones and endorphins within the brain (feeling extreme emotion for instance) has a much more intense effect on how pulse/energy is manifested. Overall intelligence and high levels of cognitive and perceptive abilities are required to even begin to recognize the very existence of pulse (basically, you have to concentrate really, really hard and have to have some interpretation of how energy works to use it). Even still, depending on how an organism evolved, some species have a sort of natural affinity for accessing control of pulse than others (looking at you saiyans). Pulse has special properties (if you learn to control it). Simply moving the physical body is not enough to access energy. But the thing about pulse is, it can interact with matter and energy easily. By a process of directing the pulse within a strong body, combined with the knowledge of its prescence and how to move it, energy can be gathered and artificially transferred out the body using pulse to move it. Speed, direction, amount are all dictated by this knowledge. Pulse is usually invisible, but when energy is transferred throughout it, the pulse suddenly becomes visible and takes on some of the properties of this energy. This phenomenon is known as aura. As pulse can interact with energy, it can interact with matter. The pulse can be controlled to an amazing degree and acts as some sort of muscle. When the pulse itself is exerted forward, its properties are similar to that of kinetic energy, acting as a shockwave, it can knock over objects without the physical body ever touching it. The amount of speed and precision when using pulse is associated with mental focus and mastery. For example, an experienced user of pulse could direct the invisible force towards and object. encircle it, and propel said object using his mind to direct the pulse at a precise rate without touching it (telekinesis).
