  2. [11/27/2011 9:25:00 PM] Loquacious: "I've been thinking about... maybe Holayne?" She shrugs a little, then smiles back. "Mmhmm, a little boy I'm betting."
  3. [11/27/2011 9:26:24 PM] Pete: "That sounds nice." He shifted a little, looking over at the keg he had dropped on the ground some time ago. "I take it you're not much for beer now, considering your..." He pointed at her belly.

It took only a moment though before he caved in, gently setting Lohq aside and leaning over to grab the small barrel with a hand, digging grooves into the dirt as he pulled it over, "Maybe just one then?" His grin turned sheepish.

  7. [11/27/2011 9:30:48 PM] Pete: "M'sorry, Loh." He chuckled and filled his wineskin with fairly cheap beer, some of the foam running down the back of his hand when it hit capacity. "S'not great stuff anyway. Lookshy piss."

He nudged her a little in jest before settling down and moving his arm to support her, to make her more comfortable. "You jus' needed to aquire a coupla pints first before it started to taste good." He took a big draw on the skin, draining almost half in a series of gulps.

  22. [11/27/2011 9:52:26 PM] Pete: "Yourself?" His brow furrowed a bit, but then realisation quickly crossed his face, "Ah. Old exaltation, then? In that case I'd say you're entitled to the place."

  26. [11/27/2011 9:59:23 PM] Pete: "It's a slippery slope, Loh. It always is for us." He shrugged slightly and downed the rest of his beer.
  27. [11/27/2011 10:00:18 PM] Loquacious: She nodded. "Seems strange, but at this point I'm just assuming most of them are insane and incompetent."
  28. [11/27/2011 10:04:07 PM] Pete: He grinned at that. "That's what we hope. Power corrupts, but it's not gonna happen to us right?" The big guy mused, moving to refill his drink.

  30. [11/27/2011 10:06:25 PM] Pete: "I don't know, Loh." Despite his words he didn't take it any further. Loh's attitude was dangerous, extremely so for a solar but she was also grieving. Now wasn't the time to talk her down, "Jus' don't do anythin' you'll regret."

  32. [11/27/2011 10:14:17 PM] Pete: "I s'pose." He conceded. After a moment he leant back a little on his arm, looking up at the sky between the trees overhead, "When was the last time you slept, Loh?" The question wasn't connected to anything, her odd sleeping habits just something he recalled as he looked at the stars.

  36. [11/27/2011 10:16:57 PM] Pete: He didn't say anything after that, just nodded and squeezed her gently to him with the arm draped around her shoulder.
