>Jack Russell is a werewolf who locks himself up in an abandoned church far away from anyone when there is s a full moon to avoid hurting people. He only transforms during a full moon at first, but later learns how to do it whenever he wants.

>Dracula cursed Jack’s family bloodline, forcing his mother to move to the United States with him and his sister Lisa while their father stayed in Transylvania in search of a cure. Jack’s father read the Darkhold, and while studying his notes, Jack activated his curse and left after accidentally attacking Lisa to search for a cure elsewhere.

>Monster hunter Elsa Bloodstone confronts Jack, believing him to be responsible for a series of murders that match his trail, but Jack proves his innocence, and they join forces to find the real culprit. During the investigation, they encounter Man-Thing, a sarcastic plant monster who protects the gateway between realities located in his swamp. They also fight a mummy and a manphibian.

>Jack and Elsa discover that the killer is Jack’s niece Nina Price, who became a vampire due to her mother’s failed attempt to lift their curse. She has been searching for Jack since then. Nina can’t control her bloodlust, but only targets evil people. Jack and Nina fight, but Jack ultimately convinces her that he can help her control the thirst and use her power for good. Jack and Elsa share a mutual attraction and bid farewell before Jack and Nina return home, where Jack reunites with Lisa.

>The series ends with Elsa introducing Jack to her associate Blade, who explains that he is assembling “midnight sons” like Elsa to fight a looming threat and wants Jack on the team. Jack says he is interested.

>The villains are The ClanDestine, a rogue faction of hybrids descended from prehistoric humans that were experimented on by the Kree.

>Kamala is a descendant on her mother's side. The bracelet that gives her powers is ancient alien technology left behind after the Kree abandoned their experiments on Earth. Only people with Kree DNA can use it, each unlocking their own individual power whenever they wear it. Bruno tries it on and nothing happens.

- The ClanDestine are not completely evil. They believe that the Kree will return one day to use them as living weapons in a war against the Skrulls, and that a Skrull invasion is imminent and they are the only ones genetically designed to defeat them.

- Kamran's mom Najma is the main villain of the show. Kamala's crystal powers are “Terrigen armor” and Najma wants to use her abilities to generate crystals to trigger Terrigenesis on a large scale. This would awaken thousands of hybrid sleeper soldiers with Kree DNA, but also kill countless humans.

- Najma references Inhumans during a scene where she explains their heritage to Kamala ("humans have always feared us... called us Djinn, demons, inhumans..."). She also claims their family line are the rightful heirs to the throne of the hybrids.

- N.I.C.E. is a special division of S.W.O.R.D. monitoring Inhuman activity from rival factions and tribes hidden across the globe.

- In the finale, the Terrigen crystal inside Kamala’s bracelet breaks during a fight with The ClanDestine and she undergoes full Terrigenesis. She has a vision of Captain Marvel and emerges from the cocoon even more powerful. Najma dies during the fight. Kamran blames Kamala and swears revenge before being taken into custody by N.I.C.E.

>The series ends with Monica Rambeau recruiting Kamala for THE MARVELS.
