「 BACKGROUND 」
ー Erina was born in Daegu but moved to back to her hometown Nagoya in Japan with her father because her parents, who are lawyers, decided to get a divorce due to their super busy schedules but they are still on good terms. When she was twelve, she made a small appearance in a Japanese band's music video, acting as a member's past self and after a while, she was cast to have a role in a Japanese drama where she danced a lot.

This caught the attention of one of the Pledis talent scouts, who contacted Erina's father and offered her an audition. Erina really wanted to do it so her dad allowed her to, because her mother was still in Korea, now living in Seoul. Her mother whole heartedly agreed to letting her join Pledis as Erina's older brother Eizan was also a trainee at FNC Entertainment.

「 PERSONALITY 」
ー Erina is extremely clumsy, so the fact that she is a dancer is kind of surprising. Everyone thinks that she'll eventually fall while dancing but she never does, because dancing is her talent, it's her passion. But she keeps doing dumb things, like bumping into tables and chairs. She's like a smol child and people find her clumsiness endearing and adorable.

ー Erina is also forgetful, she loses her belongings very easily. Especially her lunchbox or snacks. She never remembers where she put them and spends a very long time searching, only to find it somewhere obvious like her backpack. Or, she'll claim to have left her dancing shoes in the shoe shelf but an hour later, they'll turn up in a closest or some other inexplainable, random location.

ー Erina likes to lead her unnies, so she finds opportunities like leading the, somewhere they are trying to arrive at when they go out. However, her sense of direction is really poor so they always get lost. She has even gotten lost while trying to find her own house and while trying to get to the dance practice room in the Pledis building. Poor thing xD

ー Finally, Erina is EXTREMELY adorable. She's like a little fluffball full of love, joy and cuteness. People tell her this a lot, and often when she meets new people, one of the first things they'll do is pinch her cheeks. Awww~
Now, her unnies do it to annoy her.

But don't underestimate her for because of all this. Her skills will blow your minds!

「 DURING TRAINEE YEARS 」
ー During her training period, Erina was an extremely hard worker. Though she was a little lazy in the beginning, she's working much harder now to prove she's debut-worthy. Her problem was her stamina. It was really low, so she worked to improve that. She also improved her rapping skills and learnt some tips on freestyling from Chan. He also danced with Erina a lot, especially on Michael Jackson songs. She also needed to improve her confidence level, as during evaluations, she would always look down at the floor while dancing and rapping. She found it difficult to do both at the same time, but after lots of practice, she has improved a lot.

She's so determined that she even tries to improve her singing at least twice a week, so she can have a stable singing voice just in case she gets a singing part sometime but her main strengths lay in rap and dance. Often she would be found late at night in the dance practice room, asleep because she practiced to much. During her second year of training, she over worked herself slightly, and was hospitalised for dehydration and exhaustion. After that, she was put on a strict diet and her unnies made sure that she followed it really well.

She mostly trained with the other members, and also with Pristin, who had a successful debut. In fact, she was supposed to debut with them, but got cut because of her lack of stamina. She is close to Xiyeon and Kyla since they trained together a lot.

ー At first, Erina used to be normal, and just thought of him as a colleague
ー Soon, she started developed a small crush on him, and began acting shy around him
ー Eventually, she decided to try and make it obvious
ー She began twirling her hair a lot in a flirty way
ー She would find little opportunities to touch him, like hitting his arm softly when she laughed at something he said
ー She would always make full eye contact with him when they were together
ー She used her clumsiness to her advantage, and would fall a lot when he was around in the hopes that he would help her up

「 HOW HE ACTS AROUND YOU 」
ー In the beginning, he was only focused on improving her skills
ー Later, he started to notice her subtle flirting
ー He began to reciprocate by flirting back, but had no feelings for her
ー After around one year, he started liking her romantically but not enough to date her
ー Was kind of jealous when he found out about her close relationships with Hwiyoung and Chani
ー Made sure he would be the one to help her up when she fell or bumped into something and check if she was okay

「 RELATIONSHIP 」
ー BEGINNING ; Only flirted with each other at first. Eventually, she confessed to him, and so he asked her out two days later. They spent all their practice time together being flirty and cute, making their hyungs and unnies say 'aww' since it was the two maknaes. Jeonghan started saying 'even though he has a girlfriend, Dino will always be my aegi' and did not stop asking him 'Dino nugu aegi?' The two of them would go on small and secretive dates together a lot like picnics in isolated to not be spotted.

ー MIDDLE ; Dino started calling Erina Eri-chan and she started calling him Channie. They were more than happy together but soon, they started getting noticed. A fan spotted them at a coffee shop and took a picture which she shared online. Another fan saw them holding hands and walking through a small garden. Although they were wearing hoodies and you couldn't see their faces in the picture, the fan has seen their faces and revealed that it was Dino and Rina. A lot of the fans thought the possible relationship was cute but some of them started hating on the two, saying they were too young for this stuff. Erina was really affected by it, since she recieved a lot more hate than Dino did since Carats were a much larger fandom than hers, so she kept her distance from him. They didn't break up but they weren't together very often after that.

ー END ; Carats began noticing Dino was really upset and they kept asking why on social media. At a SVT concert, Dino revealed that the two were dating, but because of all the hate she was receiving, they are drifting apart, and it makes him very upset. He scolded Carats a little bit, saying that if they really loved Dino, they should let him do what he wants and support anything he does as long as it's not harmful in any way. Fans then took to twitter and started the hashtag #CaratsLoveRina and #SVTxTT (seventeen x twoteen). This made Erina feel extremely touched, and she apologised to Dino saying she shouldn't have simply stopped being around him, she hadn't realised how much she hurt him. He told her that it was okay, he understood it was hard on her. Their relationship was strong once again.
