First and foremost I would like to abolish the world extinction we will no longer make a Bloodline extinct.  I am decreeing that a Arch of a bloodline will be made quiescent.  Today, I am announcing that we have two new bloodlines.  Welcome Arch Lady Manea Einherjar (DominicaScarletti) and Arch αηեσηiα ԑւᶑrլեcի کᴀɪɴϮ Cʟᴀɪʀᴇ (tonijaconi).  I will be announcing the second quiescent line this week as within the framework of Progeny, we may only have 13 Arches, with regard to some rules of the Council of Houses (CoH).

Currently;
The leaders of Renegade Clans or Rogue Houses are more than welcome to sit in the balcony during Council meetings, but will not be allowed to sit at the table.  Changing to they will be allowed a seat at the table and may contribute to debates but can not vote.

Removing;
The Chair, at their discretion, may allow Council members to make announcements and/or to introduce motions or topics of discussion that were not previously on the Agenda.  Allowing anyone to make an announcement or present a bill to be discussed in the Council of Houses (CoH).

Meaning About Above:

Grand Council of Sovereign Houses (GCSC) will continue to require only the discussion of Agenda Items.  Over the next month the Diabolics will be reviewing many of the rules which have been misconstrued as System Laws in order to streamline processes and allow for the many to have a voice that can be heard.  We are also in the process of creating a Council of the Vampires which will allow everyone to participate.  I am looking forward to hear from the community at large, regarding a council where all can be heard.  It will not be a "Law" making body.  At this wish to let you all know that Our Source has been working very hard at finishing up the Re-Sire Device, which is in the middle of the Arena.  I know that you have "heard this before."  I and the Diabolics have witnessed the test runs of this system and we understand the final issues that have led to its delay.  I welcome the two new Bloodlines, it is my hope that all of your Bloodlines continue to grow.  If anyone in the realm needs further clarification please feel free to speak with your Cabion or Diabolic.
