● You must have 30000+ Lifetime Wanted points.
● 400+  hours of playtime.
● Criminal Level higher than 25+
● Must be aware of CIT Ingame and forum rules.
● Note: if your stats are low and you have enough experience, you can apply and 1337 leadership will decide if you should be accepted as undertest or not, you don't need to mention in your application that you are applying for undertest.


APPLICATION RULES
● Must not SMS or PM any Leader to check your application. If your application is pending for 4days+, feel free to PM any leader about your application.
● Copying someone's applications will get you instant denial and possible blacklist.
● Re-apply after 5 days of getting denied.
● Preview your application before posting to avoid posting with wrong format.
● Screenshots should be clear and uploaded properly to http://imgur.com or http://imgsafe.org.
● Do not join any group while your application is pending, this will result in a denial directly.
● Have not been punished in the last 14 days.

3.1 Why do you want to join 1337?(40 words at least):   Because of his great reputation in the whole community not only criminal side, I want to join 1337 because they are a respected group in CIT also because they have brought a good motivation to them self from nothing to having a base and loyal members I also want to join because I belive I can bring them the support they will need in future, in my opinion 1337 is a more friendly organized group and its something I can work with. They tolerate no bullshit and kill them annoying feds. Very active and famous group, great reputation in CIT and thats a group I need.

3.2 Why should we accept you?(40 words at least): Well, I'm very loyal player i'm known very well in the community with a great reputation, just give me one chance only I never joined 1337 before i only want chance to join if I left from 1337 just put me in the black list I will be most loyal member and too active in 1337 if anyone from group wanted help I will go to him and help him I never refuse any group orders and if I joined 1337 I will read all 1337 rules and CIT Rules and make sure i won't break any rule of them i'll read them carefully and respect it just give me one chance and you will see it by yourself I am loyal or no I will be too active in 1337 and too helpful give me one chance and you will see by yourself it 1337 is my best criminal group and LS group ever never  leave from 1337
