Komejii, the main issue from my point of view is that my shell and I have been organizing 3 trains a day for over 16 months at this point, and I had to hear an airing of grievances that we had to sit on our flags for 2 hours after everything was found to accommodate an entire datacenter. From an outsider's point of view, it seems like this is more of a contest of who gets to be seen as  the one that's running the show in Cactuar, and less about working with the Aether community. I understand that not everyone is going to get along with each other 100% of the time, but if you want to be leaders, you will need to set aside your differences and work together.  The public bickering, the call outs, and the general toxic behaviour has to end, it hurts the community's morale and that is something we can't afford this early on.

Regarding the "a train is getting ready", we've done 3 trains a day for longer than some people have been playing. It's safe to assume that if it's a SB hunt, we are probably reserving it and hoping for a train. From what I have seen, this whole thing is more personal than about the community. I don't expect everyone to get along, I don't ask that you are all nice to each other, but I do need you all to at least find it in yourselves to  think of the community you represent first.  We need good, capable leaders, and while I do not question your eagerness to participate, I question your motivation, because so far it seems you are more interested in throwing dirt at eachother and excluding eachother than helping the general hunt community. That has resulted in this, circle of arguing and finger pointing that is not helping anybody.

We have had issues like the one you seem to be having in Sarg and we managed to talk things out almost every single time, the couple of times things didn't quite work out, the ones that were  truly affected by the bickering were the majority of people who had nothing to do with what was going on and that forced the peopel that were at odds to work to fix the issue.

If you hope to be leaders in this discord, you need to work together, communicate and not let your egos get the best of you.  I was seriously considering making some of you leads, but at this moment, I don't feel like I can name anyone lead for your server because of all this and that sucks, because we really need all the help we can get.

while we are happy to announce trains as we set them, even considering coordination on start times with other servers, we have not been content with syahn here specifically, as he (which he complied to after) called unfinished trains, calling other server's trains on his own

1) he is currently sheltering a famous troll for early pulling, i've talked with him most recently for long hours suggesting him to remove him so syahn can get back to cooperating with us, but he has twisted my words and denounced me as threatening (coercing) him. with his connections with early pullers/snipers i do not feel comfortable him knowing our train progress

1a) by extension of this, all active relayers and train guys are in the process of leaving his shell, making him very isolated
1b and 2) he is famous for promoting xivhunt, i've talked to him several times but he wont give it up, many early pullers are using it and syahn admitted he is working with them and will work with them to spite the spawn shell
2a) i've seen him promote xivhunt here in this discord, many spawners like me have quickly rejected this idea because it is third party and can screw alot of ppl up

1) I exclude no one, deliberately. Your methods of "dealing with" early pullers have exacerbated the problem so badly that Nami built a whole shell just to piss you off. They stop when they are bored, not when you want them to. I said this on Monday night. I reinvited Soul because no one is kicked without my authorization. You spied on me to learn that he was invited back. I did not tell you. You objected to Soul being back in my shell without my telling you he was back in. This is spying, is that clear?

2) again, you arrive at far more hunts via the app than Nami does. You benefit from it significantly more than he does.
2a) Nami knows how to hunt. He spawns when he gets the opportunity to and he feels like it. You absolutely will not exclude him with your methods and we disagree about how to handle it. You do not seem to acknowledge that methods other than yours can be valid.

my last recommendation, if i may, is to prevent non-train organizers relaying to other non-train organizers on what server they need to hop into
calls from train leaders would be made in the appropriate channel anyways, concurrent trains will happen from time to time, but anything should be a bonus

I understand that it will take time to work out how we're going to go about hunting and I appreciate everyone's hard work and cooperation, but at the same time, we need to put the community first and make sure people don't feel unwelcomed because the tome of our conversations isn't welcoming.
Also, we will be implementing the Lead roles with all conductors once we've had time to get to know everyone and who does what. It's onlt day 2, so we have a lot of work to do in terms  of getting the discord set up still

I welcome direct conversation with those upset with me. Additionally, when SB As are found in my shells, I always inform members that they are to be saved for a train.
