[00:55] Leo Black exclaims, "Oy!"

[00:55] Kirza La'Heba says, "With."
[00:55] Leo Black says, "Oh, right. That who situation with the Hunagzu."
[00:55] Tohru Snevets says, "Fuckin'... can't catch a break..."
[00:57] Tohru slowly stumbled onto the bench, breathing heavily and still quite tired and clearly hurt. He started to laugh, throwing his head back onto the back of his seat, faced toward the sky.

[00:58] Tohru Snevets says, "Yeah, it was a nice view because you weren't in it, fuckface."
[00:58] Eagleheart says, "Shezmu, please. Allow me to restrain the man. He's clearly lost... To whatever it is."

[00:59] Eagleheart says, "I came by a few months ago asking to restrain you in case I found you, Tohru."

[00:59] Tohru Snevets says, "I'm leavin' YOU fuckers alone... but you keep comin' at me like I'm doin' you harm."

[01:01] He started to laugh again, but he didn't seem to have that same energy about him that he did in their battle. He was truly too tired to even manifest what he held within him. There was no vigor left in this moment.

His eyes looked upon Eagleheart without that same hungry, spiteful stare. Now it was just a man looking at him - although his blind ass wouldn't be able to tell.

"What is your obsession with... savin' people, guy? It's a useless pursuit in a place like Agartha..."

[01:05] Eagleheart shakes his head from side to side. A long sigh is heard underneath the porcelain mask, obviously. The man wasn't strained by the combat, but merely by the search that drove him halfway through the path to Crafthold.

Slowly, the Order magi stepped closer to Tohru. He gestured towards the seat of the bench right next to him. "May I have a seat?"

[01:06] Tohru nodded, slowly. He still didn't know Eagleheart was blind.

[01:13] Kirza silently stands there, the same expression on her face as Shezmu, her hat made it unclear as to wether she was actually awake or not.

[01:15] Shezmu La'Heba whispers something.
[01:15] Slowly, the Order magi took a seat amidst the bristling square of Deseti. It was hard to even see him sitting down on things, let alone in places with this enormous amount of movement.

Elbows rested at his thighs, and slowly he leaned forwards slightly. His gaze kept forwards, face turned sideways to the man. "They're looking for you because you fled after repeated problems. There were reports of you acting poorly repeatedly, and then... Injury. Maiming. You maimed someone. We had to put an end to this, and yet, you fled."

Another sigh from the Order magi, one hand moving to envelop the porcelain mask. It was almost as if it was a second face to him at this point, his hand slowly moving downwards, with the mythril gauntlet screeching against the white material.

"Yet, you're not one that doesn't attack our travelers or the like, so, you're a liability. I tell you I want to save you, but truth be told, I'm unlikely to succeed. I know I am unlikely to succeed, and that you'd be much lesser of a risk dead."

"Is that what you want me to say?" His head moved slightly to the side, the eagle's beak being almost entirely seen facing Tohru. "That's why I want to save you. You say it's a useless pursuit, but I believe it isn't."

"I believe you can barely be saved, but it is doable. I am not a savage seeking glory or overall destruction of all those that stand against me or my objectives, as much as people claim all Order magi are that."

"And I believe that even if it is an extremely hard pursuit, it is one war we can win. Each person that I can... "Save", per say, is a won battle. We might not win all. We might not win the war, but it stops death. It stops suffering."

"You see where I'm going?"

[01:18] Kirza La'Heba whispers something.
[01:21] Tohru looked with eyes half-lidded at Eagleheart when he offered his explanation. The man's words made sense, the explanation was adequate... but things still did not seem to be sitting right with the occult magi. He sighed, at the end of it all, and began to speak on his own.

"Yes, I 'acted poorly.' That was before I had even stumbled upon the occult, or went down this path... vulgar language isn't a crime."

He shook his head.

"I attacked that boy, yes... and it was wrong. I attacked your 'travelers,' though... after they tried to bring me in... That's something I don't regret."

He kept himself still there for a bit, still breathing heavily as he was experiencing some increased pain from the hole in his chest.

"You should consider mypoint of view, just going to let you fucking idiots imprison me. I've seen how you bastards are... there's no reason for me to trust you."

[01:24] "Isn't there?" He spoke, letting out a soft chuckle. It echoed, the soothing chime moving around Tohru slowly. It seemed to almost embrace him, almost as a faintly warm blanket thrown over the occultist's body.

"I could've killed you out there, or even here, y'know. I've been in Deseti's prison once, and I wouldn't mind being again if I believed the cause is right."

"You were the one to start all that, and you said it yourself. You speak of going down a path... What path is that?" He spoke, letting the man continue to elaborate. After all... He wanted to understand his reasoning.

Or whatever lack of it drove him towards this 'path'.

[01:35] Tohru quietly, and weakly chuckled. He didn't seem comforted much by this feeling, in fact, it unsettled him. The statements that the Order magi offered didn't meet much reaction from the occultist... in fact, he seemed to disregard them entirely, focusing solely on the question that was asked.

It was one that he wasn't even sure of himself. There wasn't any good answer he could give... but he tried to come up with something regardless.

"You know, all my life I was never really anything special. I went about my business, among those clowns back home. I was a farmer... I don't remember when it happened, but I just got sick of it. Sick of them, everyone around me."

He started to laugh, as he continued with what he was saying.

"There was this guy, bigger than me... stronger than me. His name was Ludo, and he was about ten years my junior. We got into a fight in the middle of town, and everyone was watching.

He beat my ass."

With those words, he started to look a little mad. Even now, he was still too dense to realize Eagleheart was blind, so he did a gesture of lifting his lip from the side to reveal that he was missing a few of his molars.

"Everyone made fuckin' fun of me, you see. It really made me fume... I was pissed..."

He shook his head.

"...It persisted even as I started to develop my skills as a magi. In this town, in your town, everywhere... People beatin' my ass and talkin' shit to me about it. You see... all I want to do..."

His eyes started to glow again with mana, dwelling on his past and his reasons for doing all that he does awoke what was suppressed within him.

"...Is make them suffer."

The occultist went silent after that. He didn't say a word further until Eagleheart spoke next.

[01:44] Of course... Everything that Eagleheart feared was indeed already going on in front of him. He knew it from the very start, a familiar feeling that he saw spreading once, and now, again.

Yet, he allowed the man to speak his mind. Even from the beginning, he already wanted to intercede, but he knew it'd be simply too impolite to be a natural action for him to do so.

He missed the eagerness of earlier years, after all. The soothing sensation quickly waned away to distance itself from Tohru, almost as if in reaction to his own negative feelings.

He knew it all along.

"And how is that a good objective, Tohru?"

It was a simple question, but perhaps one that the man would find difficulty in responding. After all, it was one that would require him to use his brain, to think about something to reply, and so far...

Things weren't looking good.

Perhaps Eagleheart could convince him. He would still try, even if it was already turning out for the worst.

[01:52] Tohru was posed with another tough question. Nothing that he would ever typically think about normally. It wasn't a philosophical matter for him, he just wanted to do these things...

Yet it was true indeed that some of the things he'd done, he regretted immensely. Such as leaving the brand he left on Armis' head... and various slaughtering of non-magi. He shook his head.

"I... I don't..."

He was trying to find the words to say, but it came with a struggle. There wasn't much logic behind his desires and his goal - only emotions. That's all. His curse, it seemed... was to overindulge in these desires, after all.

"I just... cannot be satisfied until I achieve it."

This man looked like he was very conflicted. Questioning his own motives and objectives.

[01:55] In the end, Eagleheart attained his own objective. He nodded slightly, and then, rose a hand towards Tohru -- The mythril gauntlet removed from it, the scarred alabaster skin was revealed underneath, with the palm wide open to the occultist.

Yet, his voice echoed again from under the mask, as calm and serene as ever. "You can still redeem yourself, Tohru. I know you don't like remembering these things. Allow me to help."

[01:57] Tiff whispers something.
[01:59] Tohru looked as though he were defeated. He was too beaten up to even try and fight Eagleheart at this point... let alone actually do it. There wasn't even energy for his emotions to be transferred into an overwhelming presence of these chaotic desires he held.

It seemed he had, at least for now, been persuaded to do as Eagleheart asked. The Order magi did indeed have a way with words, after all.

His hand reached to grasp onto Eagleheart's, and he nodded.

"...Alright."
