A Rant on Square Enix's Business Practices

We really need someone to tell off Square Enix that they need to stop their current business practices of investing too much in their games and sinking too much money into them just to have the stories scrapped three times. (FFXV for instance.) If we can get actual content creators to do this, Square Enix might finally get it through their stuck in the past heads that something is wrong. Delaying development due to scrapping the game's story, high production values aren't always the ideal situation. Sometimes you have to look a little lower, like Undertale. Simplistic designs are a thing after all. In addition, disallowing people to stream the game immediately is a big no-no. Namco did this with some of Tales during its recent releases too. If Square Enix keeps trodding down this path to "Single Player as a Service," they might as well be no better than EA.
