First try to find the reason why they are not indexing. It helps to plan future works. I hope you already tried all indexing techniques. Instead of regular links go with some cheap Tier2 PBN links. Hope it works. Try once with few Web2.0s.
In this SEO field we need to keep on changing our strategies for better results.

If it is having a difficult time to get indexed, you can stimulate the indexing rate by submitting it to an indexing service through a software or through those instant link indexing service - normally, a good one will get a link indexed within the next 24 hours, provided if the content is good and unique.
If both of these methods still do not work, then the issue lies within your site instead - eg, duplicate content, thin content, site penalty, etc.
Im having the same difficultySending some quality T2 might help, but other than that, just time.I have noticed web 2 indexing has changed greatly over the last 6 months or so.
No matter what you do some web 2 will just not index. And then ones that do, sometimes if you change the page content, it never updates in google cache, so google does not see the change on the homepage.
Sometimes the whole point of expired web 2 is to link out from the homepage to get the link juice, but if it's not updating, what's the point.

Proper links that Google can crawl and follow will work better than most social signals.
do a gsa blast it will push up your web2.0s page authority and google will lick it and index. problem solved!

I never had any problem with Blogger. Always got indexed. Wordpress can be a bit tricky, since they changed the URL to "home.blog" and so on. Did you notice that?How much movement to the pages you are linking to to do you see with fresh web 2.0s?
