Sekur Quaking

Name: Sekur Quaking (Sekur meaning guilty. Quaking being short for Quaking Grass which represents anger. Sekur Quaking = Guilty Anger)
Physical description: 36 years old. 7’11, 272lbs, long wavy dark black hair, dark black eyes, and a goatee. Inverted triangular shaped face. Muscle toned body.

Attire: A short sleeved black suit and tie that he calls his “Church clothes”.

Personality: As a child, Sekur never felt apologetic for his actions. Not even after the Quaking 7/15 disaster. It was that changed that for him. After being introduced to Christianity he fell into a deep depression of self hatred. He became very enthusiastic about the experiments done on him, to the point of volunteering himself for experiments where human rights laws would otherwise protect him, as he felt he owed the world for not immediately killing him off for his sins.

Somewhere in between being taught by Angelique Ortrun and the dangerous experiments Sekur became strong enough to alert the attention of the world government. By then, his feelings had changed. No longer does he feel like he owes the world, but rather he feels anger towards the lab staff because he blames them for his feelings of remorse for the ‘incident’.

These are the feelings that drive him into secretly acquiring a Disciple, venting out his frustrations with his world in the form of corrupted teachings.

Capabilities: Sekur Quaking is a modifier. Rather than using an object he is accustomed to, Sekur continually modifies his surroundings. Making this his specialty technique has given him a high aptitude in the area, and he is able to modify foreign matter easier than most because of it.

History: Sekur was born to a wealthy family. His parents sent him to the best school available, a rank 4 boarding school, at a very young age. There he learned the building blocks to becoming a proper functioning person.

(The rank of the school is basically a license given to an area that allows a certain level of information to be spread. Licenses like this are due to a fairly common “super power” that is ineffective without knowledge of certain fields. Rank 4 is the highest rank a school can hope to achieve.)

After a parents day at the boarding school, Sekur’s parents were taking him sightseeing through the city. August 15, somethingyear, Sekur discovered his powers, and became responsible for the Quaking 7/15 disaster. 9 deaths, including Sekur’s parents, and 43 injuries. Sekur is without a scratch. Exact details as to what happened are confidential.

Sekur is captured and made into a test subject for the greater part of his life, and the lab staff take on the role of parent for Sekur. He converts to a locally popular religion and is able to continue his studies thanks to the efforts of Angelique Ortrun.
30 years old now, Sekur makes it into the Fara, a list of links so dangerous they are kept under constant surveillance by the world government. News of this spreads, and a child seeking strength meets with Sekur and becomes his disciple. He has been using his teachings to the loyal disciple to vent his frustrations at the world ever since. This includes teaching him a perverted form of Christianity and doing experiments of his own on the boy.
