A: English



Which sections would you be interested to moderate? Choose 2.
A: Any section would be fine for me, my weak area would definitely be forum games though. I do like creative and art stuff as I dabble in that sometimes myself so I guess that would apply to off topic.



What can you bring to the moderator team and how can you lead a good example to our forum users?
A: Be helpful and not play favorites in situations where I could easily do so. I don't start drama with anyone nor fuel drama. I'll do what is asked of me usually whenever since I have quite a bit of free time. I don't know many of the people in the community that well so I won't be biased. I do a little bit of pixel art and can edit some. It would mostly be a learning experience I would say.



Any past experiences in moderating forums? (Discord channels don’t count)
A: I don't, but I would like to learn or at least try it out. If that's not what you're looking for I understand or if I'm not doing such a great job I'll also understand. %#



Would you be available at least 8 hours a week (nonconsecutive)?
A: Yes
Would you be available to help build guides and answer forum questions for our guests?
A: Yes, I used to make guides for myself and a few friends. I like keeping information organized otherwise it bothers me lol.



What does a moderator mean to you?
A: Somebody willing to carry out the rules set and agreed on in a professional manner. Not giving bias to people they make like or dislike, in other words treat everyone fairly. Also still be yourself don't start sounding like a robot once you become a mod for lack of better words.



Hypothetical situation:
A: DM them and provide the evidence of what they've done no need to do it publicly, explain to them calmly what they did wrong and why they shouldn't have done it. If they still try to argue I'd just let it go since it was only a warning, no point in arguing with somebody who won't listen to your reasoning. If they want to try it again, next time harsher actions will be taken. Or consult another mod for their opinion as well.                           (Had to send separately cuz max character limit :$)
