  9. Each category covers offenses (Illegal acts) and punishments that vary in severity depending on the category

  11. Minor Offense:

  13. Offenses:
  14. Petty theft (Stealing valuables worth 499 gold or less, everything beyond is major robbery), minor injury, hate speech, minor property damage (Damaging belongings or vandalizing buildings in worth of 499 gold or less), involvement in public combat (Such as tavern brawls)

  16. Possible Punishment:
  17. Mask of Shame, 1 day up to 2 weeks prison, a fee of 50-850 gold, public labor, exclusion from households (such as taverns if a brawl is started) for up to a week

  19. Offenses:
  20. Assault (Assault of another player in anyway, especially PVP without consent)
  21.  
  22. Possible Punishment:
  23. 1-7 days in prison, a fee of 300 gold, public labor.
  24.  
  25. Offenses:
  26. Robbery (stealing valuables of 500 or more gold), major and lethal injury, evil- and anarchy praise, major property damage (Damaging belongings or vandalizing buildings in worth of of 500 gold or more), murder, participation in criminal, necromantic or cult-like organisations.

  28. Possible Punishment:
  29. Torture, 3 weeks or up to 5 months or lifelong in prison, death by execution, a fee of 3.000 gold and up, confiscation of weaponry and magic sources, exile from the city
  30. Theurgical Offense:
  31. Offenses:
  32. demon/devil/aberration worship, demon/devil bloodline excluding tieflings, deal striking with evil entities, raising undead, serving undead/devils/demons (No matter if willing or unwilling deal), hate speech against the divine, appraisal of undeath, and demon worship

  34. Punishments:
  35. Torture, forced exorcisms, exile, death by execution (soul shred), 75-5.000 gold fee as a donation to the church, 3 weeks or up to 2 months of prison
  36. Hunter's Contract:
  37.  
  38. You mustn't hunt/kill/injure:
  39. Metallic Dragons, Peaceful Celestials (such as unicorns), Humanoids (Unless in self defense, or obvious signs of illegal or evil acts)

  41. Hunt regulation: You mustn't hunt more then once a day, As per deal with the local arch shaman
  42.  
  43. You're encouraged to hunt:
  44. Gnolls, Undead, Fiends, Aberrations, Hags or Evil Fey, Monstrosities that disturb the wildlands

  46. Possible Punishments:
  47. See; Minor Offense Punishments, confiscation of taken trophies, exclusion from hunting (In case you still hunt and get caught you pay a 1.750 gold fee)
  48. Bird's Law:

  50. In case a individual falls under the category 'Bird's Law' they fall under the worst of the worst. They will be hunted without hesitation, and are labelled ''birdfree''

  52. Birdfree: If you are birdfree, you are free of any human rights, and you can be hunted, killed, tortured, injured or stolen from without any lawful consequences. The birdfree individual will have a bounty on their heads, usually ranging from 1.000 - 5.000 gold, depending on the committed offenses.

  54. Offenses to become birdfree:
  55. Organize and lead a cult, criminal organisation (Such as thieves guild or mafia) or pirate crew, kill (Or attempt to do so) royalty, cause damage in worth of 10.000 gold, enter lichdom or similar forms (Such as becoming a full demon), slay a ancient metallic dragon, fight and defeat a creature of major good (Such as an angel), unleash a demon lord or similar events (Such as leading a beholder to attack the city

  57. Drug Regulations
  58. (A set of 2 lists of drugs will be added here at a later date, one for legal, one for illegal, if it is not on the list it doesn't exist) second list displays those that are forbidden to use, the same punishments as an assault applies and in case of addiction will be placed in a supervised rehabilitation cell.

  61. Tradesmen regulations:
  62. Artifacts are priceless and are illegal to sell, all other items will follow their rarity level listing below.
  63. common: the items are sold at 50% of their value whether you have bought it or found it. crafting is at full market price.
  64. uncommon: 40% of their value with the exception of crafted.
  65. rare: 15% of their value with the exception of crafted.
  66. very rare: 5% of their value with the exception of crafted.
  67. legendary: 2% of their value with the exception of crafted.
  68. Artifact: Priceless and illegal to sell to any vendor, or character.
