  3. Haven't done one of these streams in a while. Let's get you up to speed.

  7. CURRENT STATUS ON STREAMING:

  9. I haven't streamed in nearly half a year because of decisions I made over the summer. Long story short, I got signed out of my twitch that had 2 step and the phone was no longer usable. This left me unable to sign in to my account. After a month I was finally able to resolve this, but by the time that happened my will for streaming pretty much died. I really only handled it over twitter so a lot of you probably aren't even aware of what's been going on. Unless you've been to my channel over the time I've been gone, you most likely don't know I returned to my Youtube channel to make the content I used to make before I became a speedrunner. I've never been able to integrate my Youtube AND Twitch account together, they've kinda been separate identities...until now!

  11. As of 12/17/16, I now have a lifetime license with Xsplit. I am changing up the way I've handled my twitch channel. Granted I never had specific things allowed or not allowed, but I've done speedrunning 99% of the time. I'm going to turn my twitch channel into a speedrun/casual stream now. This means that alongside the games that I do plan to run, I'll be playing other games on the side (sometimes games I played a lot for fun, sometimes games I haven't played before). If I return to a strict speedrun only stream I feel that I would get burnt out all over again, so I am officially turning this stream into something I truly want. At the very least now I can stream whenever I feel like it for the rest of my life :P

  15. CURRENT STATUS ON YOUTUBE:

  17. On top of this, I'll be doing my best to change up the content on my Youtube. I've been stuck to making Let's Plays for the entirety of the content on Youtube (HEY GUYS MISTMASTER1 HERE). I've been enjoying it but I know for a fact that other people want something else to balance it. I will start to integrate various content from my streams over to my Youtube channel as a potential new project (not everything because that would potentially warrant broing 6 hour practice streams). I will still maintain SMG2 on Youtube while all of this is going on, so if you're watching that atm then don't worry. This may be subject to change, but here is my current idea (more varied content may be on the way during 2017, this is just an estimate).

  19. - Still maintaining LPs of games I really want to make into a series on Youtube.
  20. - Speedrunning content (such as highlights/PBs) will be integrated on to my Youtube whenever applicable.
  21. - Sharing my initial feelings of a game I haven't played before for the first time on stream, possibly going over to Youtube after the fact as a potential side project to whatever else I'm doing.
  22. - I am typing this before I make my update video on Youtube, so I might have more specific ideas on paper by then. Hell I might even ask what you guys are interested in since I'm curious. :)
  23. - Just having fun with whatever I'm doing across both sites. I stress myself out way too much thinking I have to meet a standard for people when I really just need to make sure I enjoy what I'm doing. If something isn't working out, I change to something else mid stream.

  29. For casual stuff: Literally whatever I feel like, whenever I feel like, so just think of it as a pleasant surprise.

  33. - At this moment in time I'm only focused on running Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix HD. I will most likely run every category I ran before I stopped streaming, but of course some will take more priority (Beginner, Proud, Level 1).

  35. - To go along with the above point, PS4 1.5 + 2.5 will be coming out in March next year. I may as well re-familiarize myself with some of the games, from a casual and speedrun perspective, because I might have plans for them outside of just playing them on stream.

  37. - (This should be obvious, but) Do not ask me to run anything else. I will let you know what I feel like doing, when I feel like doing it. I understand that there are other games some people would rather see me run...welcome to speedrunning. If you do truly care you'll watch regardless of what I do. It won't be possible to have everyone interested in everything I do. Some people literally only watch runs for the game and I respect your choice despite what you choose. :)

  39. - If I have ran a specific game there is a reasonable chance I'll return to it again at some point. I can't tell you when this will happen.

  43. Some things are still up in the air of course, but this should give a general guideline across what I hope to do over the next several months across both sites. I also have a list of New Year's Resolutions I'd like to accomplish that does conflict with the schedule of doing these things of course, but I want to give it a try. I still have no defined schedule for streams as some major things are coming up in the next few months, but I'll figure it out. Worst case scenario: I'll be making 2017 the last year I really do much online because I seriously need to get my life situation together. But that's for another time, and maybe even another pastebin.
