A misunderstood and mythical bloodline that often make appearances as priestess, guardian or scribe throughout history -- positions devout to immortalizing memory and practice. The cruel result of a soul's reply to a great and unforgivable wrong visited upon the individual. Meaning, while passed along the family tree like wildfire it only becomes apparent after a traumatic event (a form of PTSD).

Some semblance of truth can be found in the origin story of Athena's curse upon Medusa. As bountiful hair will give way to a viper's nest, eyes and canine take on serpentine qualities (paralytic and deadly). Soft pliable skin shifting into scales that can make it difficult to grapple.

Anything that we should know about your character?: A survivor of human trafficking, its left notable scars on her psyche. Especially with personal relationships. She is prone to night terrors, and cannot stomach sexual or physical abuse towards a woman or child.

Beatriz is not a fan of cold weather -- particularly when there is snow, as she is accustomed and better suited for warmer climates. This increases the likelihood of being lethargic or ill.

She is a strong swimmer and superb dancer.

Her senses are enhanced, particularly hearing and smell. Which can be useful and irritating depending on the situation!
