Okay, here's a summary:

Kousuke tells Ayame (Hojo) to show him her back. He approaches her, and tells her "I can feel you revulsion toward me, even standing from behind. Loosen up your shoulders, now. Relax... relax..." She glares back at him, and he goes into fake Kousuke charmer mode and says "gee whiz, you sure don't like being tied up by me, huh? hahaha!" He then grabs her rather forcefully, and says "I think the lady doth protest too much..." with a sinister and lewd expression. "Perhaps the truth is that you have always been into the idea of being tied up to me? If that's what you want, I'd accept you as my personal slavegirl." She looks back at him with disgust, and tells him "Don't get carried away... I'd die before becoming your plaything." He then tightens the ropes rather aggressively, mocking her tough-girl act. She tells him that it hurts, but he says "You're being tied up by me right now... even if you were to yell for help, nobody would come." He pushes her to the ground, puts his hands on her knees and says "You better not try to resist me" as he stares menacingly at her. "at the end of the day, you're still a girl. You can't hope to stand up to the strength of a man. It's useless. You can't move your upper body, so there is not way you can get up. Right now, you are powerless to escape me, so..." He tries again to spread her legs, as she resists with all her might.

She sees an image from her past: A menacing man cloaked in darkness in an alleyway, looking over her just like Kousuke. She is in a middle-school uniform as she's being held down, screaming for help. Earlier, she is walking through one of the busy station sections of Tokyo. She looks concerned as she thinks to herself: "Oh, come on... I know Mom's store should be somewhere around here... if I don't find it soon, mom's birthday cake will be for nothing!" In her hand, she has a cake she apparently had bought for her mother. She sees a sign that says "Fetish Bar" and says 'ah, here it is!" (It appears her mother also is involved in the S&M world) She looks at her phone and says "I hope mom is surprised!" She goes to call her mom, but that dark figure from before shows up around the corner. She says "No... don't come near me..." but is dragged around the corner. He pulls a knife on her. Back in the current time, she says "I don't want to remember anymore" to herself. She thinks back to him cutting her panties off in the alley, and says the name of her assailant. "Father...!!"

She yells at Kousuke to stop. He astutely believes that he has triggered some sort of bad experience. It kinda takes the wind out of Kousuke's sails and he relents a bit. He tells her "Ayame..." as he strokes her mouth rather tenderly. Ayame tells him "I have always had a feeling of revulsion toward you, but now I know why. A guy like you who always puts forward a good fascade, only to do cruel things out of sight from the rest of the world. You use whatever means available to get what you want. Guys like you? I hate more than anyone else."

Kousuke lights up with delight. He taunts her "To go this far by letting a guy you hate tie you up? That four-eyed dweeb must mean the world to you." He picks her up off the ground. "...But, that's too bad! From here on, he won't be enough for you!" He goes to suspend her from the ceiling.
