MarachiiSoup's Terms of Service 2019
General Terms: Please be as specific as possible. You MUST provide your own images. I will not draw you new art, I only animate FX. Please provide art in PNG format, transparency and in big enough size so they will not look blurry or distorted in the case of resizing.

Payment: I accept PayPal USD only, full commission price paid upfront. I am able to negotiate if payment complications arise.

Process: Please specify if WIPS are wanted beforehand, discuss and agree upon deadline during the commissioning process if any specified. If not specific, commission can take up to 2 months.

Customer Satisfaction: I am open to changes to the product, but massive changes will cost extra. (Such as completely different animations). I will communicate with the commissioner as best as possible.

Copyright/Usage: I have the right to use any commissions as self promotion (i.e. promoting open commissions)

Canceling/Refunds: I have the right to cancel/refund commissions at any time. If commission has been started already, partial refund will be negotiated.

Additional Information: If the idea is too complex for my current ability, an extra fee will be charged as I see fit. I will do my best to execute your idea to the best of my ability.
