  2. Hey there, if I applied for the PSS Troopers, where will I receive the answer? Community Forum?
  3. July 17, 2018
  4. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:11 PM
  5. Hey, whats up with this Policy about the marriage within a department?
  6. DylanW - Today at 6:11 PM
  7. It was amended.
  8. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:11 PM
  9. To be honest, thats the most stupid policy ever.
  10. DylanW - Today at 6:11 PM
  11. It's realistic.
  12. But it's been amended.
  13. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:11 PM
  14. Whats amended on it?
  15. DylanW - Today at 6:11 PM
  16. Internal Department Relationships and Marriage:
  17.
  18. Due to many factors that can become issues such as Command/Supervisors being biased towards their partner when it comes to promotions, recommendations or disciplinary action. We as the Los Santos County Government (CPQL) are enforcing that all command/supervisors that are married aren't to have any influence on their spouse's recommendations, promotions or disciplinary action. If there are people dating within the Department they're to not to be within the command/supervisory position within the Department nor can accomplish a supervisory/command position within the department.
  19.
  20. They aren't to actively work for any duties while they're on-duty within the department and must act professionally at all times together and not have any personal influence in their work.
  21.
  22. Anyone within Law-Enforcement or Medical/Fire are to put civilian lives before their spouse's in any situation. Civilian lives our to be prioritized over any personal-sexual partners.
  23.
  24. If anyone is caught doing "Sexual" acts with their spouse while on-duty within the Departments vehicles/premises they are to be immediately dishonorably discharged from the department.
  25.
  26.
  27. If anyone within the same department is dating they're to make their personal relationship out side of work known to command/supervisory staff.
  28. Everything was completely re-written..(edited)
  29. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:12 PM
  30. So that means, that even tho when we are married, we are allowed to patrol together within the BoTS as normal Operators?
  31. DylanW - Today at 6:13 PM
  32. Nope.
  33. You aren't.
  34. You aren't allowed to patrol/work together.
  35. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:13 PM
  36. And why is that not allowed?
  37. DylanW - Today at 6:13 PM
  38. Because it's the policy.
  39. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:13 PM
  40. But see, what bad should happen if two people who are married and dont have a high rank are patroling together?
  41. DylanW - Today at 6:14 PM
  42. They aren't allowed full stop.
  43. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:15 PM
  44. What does that mean?
  45. DylanW - Today at 6:15 PM
  46. You aren't allowed to patrol together.
  47. Read the policy it's common sense.
  48. And easy to understand.
  49. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:16 PM
  50. Yeah, but it makes no sense. What bad should happen if two married people patrol together? Have sex in a Tow Truck? Make the woman suck the mans dick?
  51. No one would do that, cause everyone knows they could get caught and get dismissed.
  52. DylanW - Today at 6:16 PM
  53. I don't care. This makes sure it doesn't happen.
  54. If you aren't happy with it. You can simply resign.
  55. Or if you want. I'll change the policy so only 1 of you can be in BoTS like it was before.
  56. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:18 PM
  57. Why dont you change it to that people who are married are allowed to go on-duty if they are not having a Supervising rank or higher. To prevent advantages over the others.
  58. And see if it works or not
  59. DylanW - Today at 6:18 PM
  60. because I'm not.
  61. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:18 PM
  62. ANd if it wont work, change it back.
  63. DylanW - Today at 6:18 PM
  64. The policy is staying the way it is.
  65. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:18 PM
  66. But why dont give it a try.
  67. IF the people go crazy and have sex while being on-duty or do any other bullshit just change it back.
  68. DylanW - Today at 6:19 PM
  69. Because I'm not giving it a try.
  70. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:19 PM
  71. By the way, it wont prevent anything cause it could still happen.
  72. DylanW - Today at 6:19 PM
  73. As simple as that.
  74. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:19 PM
  75. So its just a barrier for married people.
  76. What if someone has a Boy/girlfriend and they both work in the same department, they could still have sex or do some other shit which is against the policy of the department
  77. So whats being changed with this?
  78. Nothing.
  79. Its just a barrier for married people.
  80. DylanW - Today at 6:20 PM
  81. No it's not.
  82. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:20 PM
  83. It is.
  84. DylanW - Today at 6:20 PM
  85. It's for everyone in a sexual relationship with another employee.
  86. Don't be thick.
  87. Fucking read the policy.
  88. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:21 PM
  89. And still.
  90. Things can happen.
  91. Regardless if they are married or not.
  92. DylanW - Today at 6:21 PM
  93. Right. The policy isn't changing. It's there to stop people being biased, e-sexing and stuff while working.
  94. I don't give a fuck what you do off-duty.
  95. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:22 PM
  96. And thats okay, but it wont stop anything honestly. If someone withing the Department falls in-love with another one, they prolly wont tell everyone and the Goverment that they love eachother.
  97. DylanW - Today at 6:23 PM
  98. Then if it's found out they're sacked so it's very decision.
  99. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:23 PM
  100. And still, how many people did you already see who had sex while being on-duty?
  101. DylanW - Today at 6:23 PM
  102. Are you brain dead like seriously?
  103. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:23 PM
  104. I am asking you a question.
  105. DylanW - Today at 6:24 PM
  106. Right stop being a header. It's for people who's in a relationship if they fall-in love with another employee they're to tell Management if they fail to do so they get fired.
  107. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:24 PM
  108. Still its a stupid policy.
  109. DylanW - Today at 6:24 PM
  110. They can't patrol together if they're in a relationship nor vote on their partner/marriaged person's promotions, reinstatements.
  111. I don't care what you think.
  112. Doesn't effect me.
  113. Clearly effects you more than it does me.
  114. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:25 PM
  115. Yeah, I see what kind of Comissioner you are. Caring about himself and giving a flying fuck about the citizen. Great Comissioner tho.
  116. DylanW - Today at 6:26 PM
  117. LOL because I'm not supporting you patrolling with your Husband? get a grip you fucking saddo.
  118. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:27 PM
  119. Calm down buddy, no need to get all insulting tho. Its not only effecting me.
  120. Its effecting everyone who is in a marriage within the departments.
  121. DylanW - Today at 6:27 PM
  122. I don't care who else it's effecting. You should be thanking me. I could've simply made it so your Husband couldn't reinstate to PD cause of his Felon. But I'm not that harsh.
  123. You shouldn't be bringing your personal life into your professional one it's that simple./
  124. If you want to be with your IC husband go off duty.
  125. It's pretty simple to understand. This way we're stomping out people being biased and doing misconduct on duty.
  126. Gameplayer0575 - Today at 6:28 PM
  127. "I don't care who else it's effecting. You should be thanking me. I could've simply made it so your Husband couldn't reinstate to PD cause of his Felon. But I'm not that harsh." So you dont give a flying fuck about the other once effected by this.
