Bio:

The only heir to the ruling family of Angeborten, Princess Sophia has been sheltered for most of her life, surrounded only by loyal and trusted tutors, advisors, servants and companions. She can't be said to lead a sad life, but the pressure of her duties and obligations along with not being allowed to form relationships with anybody but people sanctioned by her grandfather left the young lady a bit shy and timid. The only person she could consider a real friend is the young tactician at her father's court, Johannes van den Berg.
It has been then decided that a perfect match for such a nice and weak girl would be Joachim, a supportive and caring yet strong-willed youth three years younger than Sophia. Some courtiers joke that the Queen will be the Consort while the Consort will be the King, but what can you do? Up there, marriage is politics, not love or matchmaking, although Sophia has shown to tolerate Joachim, even like him, so maybe her future family life won't be *that* bad.
Curiously, whilst a member of the Church of Seven Sisters, Princess Sophia exhibits a peculiar set of skills. To the slight anxiety of Sophia's fellow Sisters (and great amusement of their tutor, Mother Renate), she is better with dispensing ailments than curing them, and has been observed to possess quite good hand-and-eye coordination, leading to a conclusion that Princess Sophia should - one day - begin training with combat magic to supplement her inventory of various staves.
