- Description: Paul towed Polk’s car and, when Polk came to pick it up, he only had $135 of the $285 he owed him. Polk tried to push his way into the office, until the secretary said she was calling the police. He then climbed a chain link fence and broke the windows on 3 cars, before getting into his and attempting to drive away. He tried to open the door when Paul confronted him with a gun at his side, but didn’t raise it. Polk started to walk away, then turned around and fired 3 shots from his own gun at point-blank range. Polk fled, but was arrested later that night.
