get 50% of the total available items, that is, 12 extra items on top of the minimum required ones (see low% nmg).
additionally, you must beat the game while having the following required items (not upgraded):
	- master sword (halfway upgrade)
	- red shield (halfway upgrade)
	- blue mail (halfway upgrade)
	- silver arrows (half of the great fairy's items)
	- half magic
	- 2 heart pieces (half a heart container)
	- 2 bottles (half of the bottles)
	- either cane of byrna or magic cape (half of the invincibility items)
