i think Dr_Snusk deserves smod because he is really good at moderating, and everytime he logs in people just goes like crazy,
ex. Dr_Snusk!!!!
haha LOL but it is almost like that.
He seems to take the right desicions and doesnt get carried away. he remains calm in any situation.
He handles people really well and goes full hearted on every modrequest.
he doesnt leave the jobs half done.
If you ask the people on the server what they think of him, i think all the answers would be positive.
he doesnt even  get mad on griefers, he treats them lika any player but gives them the right punishment and then lets them get back playing on the server.
he helps with all thats needed and doesnt seem inappropriate in any way.
he is a allround good guy with a sence of humor.
and mods with humor is what the server needs. and ofc already has ;)
