To [Marscrat]: Honestly, I don't dislike you as you may think, but you're not very easy to deal with as of right now, and I'm not the only officer who thinks so. Many old TGNF players come back and go MIA just as quickly and sometimes do rather crazy things. But unfortunately, TGNF is not the same org it was in its glory days, the community isn't quite the same anymore, and it did have a few periods where drama among officers shook the org atmosphere by a lot... I'm not easily angered to the point of kicking somebody or making them feel unwelcome, so none of your words thus far made me hate you. I hope you noticed that. This isn't personal.
[Marscrat]: It is kinda personal for me, I've been in this org for like 12+ years. I've just recently returned and ppl are saying they dont trust me.. If anyone has a problem with me then can say it in my face np. I've i wanted to do harm to this org i could have done it already. i've got froob account wich are officer. i always had acces to all the nightfly treasury accounts etc.
To [Marscrat]: I've been quite busy and stressed irl lately, so the only times I come on, I do try to enjoy myself, and that often involves my neut characters since they're some of my most developed projects. I'm sorry if that offends you. :P Soon enough, when I get more time over Christmas and after that, I plan to expand the org and focus more on it.
[Marscrat]: But anyway it ok. i've noticed that this org isnt the same as it used to be. it always was a family like org, where ppl where helpfull and social, and i kinda feel like we've lost that
To [Marscrat]: I'm sorry, Mars, but regardless of how long you have been in the org, you've been missing for long enough that things changed, people in power have abandoned the org, multiple times. I was the only active member for about a year before Dominatrice came back and started recruiting new people, and then created drama, resigned as pres, and left the game again...

To [Marscrat]: Getting resources, keeping connections etc is much harder with fewer people, most being older, easier to offend, snappier...

[Marscrat]: Well from my experience most ppl are as helpfull as it always was. i've made some new ingame friends in the last few days playing alone.
To [Marscrat]: True, though I've made many and lost most just as quickly... They either stop logging on abruptly, or let their time be occupied by somebody they're closer to... It's a rocky player experience :P
[Marscrat]: But anyways, we can keep having discussions about it, but its not gonna work between us if we keep gonna act like this. So we can do 2 things.
[Marscrat]: Either i'll leave the org on my mains, and we wont have a problem about undermining, ranks discussions etc.
[Marscrat]: Or i can just stay and try to fix things. But im not gonna Earn my stripes.. in my opinion i've already earned them bigtime when i've helping with building this org in the first place years ago.

[Marscrat]: This org is one of the main reasons why i loved AO in the first place. i've hang out irl with a bunch of the players... and still talk to some ppl who i met 10 years ago
To [Marscrat]: Mars. You can't expect me to take your word for everything that happened 10 years ago, for one. You also can't expect me to want you to be an officer after all the hostility you've outwardly shown towards me. Yume is my second-in-command since she has a strong head on her shoulders, has been a friend of mine for 10 years, and has never left the game for a prolonged hiatus. She is reliable, mature, and does not trust you as of now either for exactly that reason. Because of all that's happened in the recent past in the org, I'm reluctant with giving anybody any sort of representative power or authority in the org that somebody from the outside might look to. We need to get our shit together, and I'm sorry but laurels from the past mean very little to us right now. I'd love you to help us make the org a friendlier, more active place with more family-like attributes, but you can't deny that you wouldn't be wary if you were in my place.
To [Marscrat]: Just like any pres before me, I will make the final decisions, but I do not make hasty ones when no emergency is in sight, and I do consult the other officers. When it comes to bigger/greater changes, input from any other org member is also valuable. That being said, the officers are simply loyal org members/friends who don't just join for a few months, suck up our generous resources and leave when they get bored...
