Reasoning: Having acquired a new body, along with a Garudan name to match, Raum has been reborn. Through the tribulations of finding his purpose after the death of his original creator, he has joined forces with the Garuda forces in an effort to see the world flourish. Having battled numerous opponents in a nearly all-out war, it had become apparent that great strides had been made in terms of power. Barely surviving the excursion against the Skyfall warriors, Raum sought to dedicate an ability in which he could emulate from those around him. Being a mentally superior being to most, he compiled and studied the data that stemmed from the 'transformations' that took place among the various races. In an effort to do the very same, he diligently developed a means to do just that. Reduced to mostly assisting in that battle, it became clear that he was still quite lacking in comparison.

The task of gathering data was not one of difficulty, as his intense battles with Ivor and Wolfgang had made it abundantly clear that they too could reach the height of mastery and power that is necessary to accomplish his goal. Inspired by the tenacity and evolution of humanity, Raum intends to do the very same, taking his past experiences in battle, and social links in order to 'evolve' in his own right. The overwhelming power and numbers of the Skyfall community have put his family at odds, and while they may be low in number, he seeks to further his quality in order to carry his weight in the battles to come.
