Short: a pair of adjustable goggles

Dropped: Refracting light in various hues, a pair of strange looking goggles has been dropped here.

Examined:

A set of what appear to be ordinary goggles at first glance reveal an intriguing set of characteristics, primarily in the adjustable housing of each lens, formed of thinly hammered sections of brass and tin. Set within each housing is a complex series of translucent, spherical lenses and crystals set at various angles, with a mixture of curvatures and reflections. Sturdy sections of brass comprise a minimalistic framework which hold the housings securely attached, curving back from each side to connect to a leather headband while the middle is bridged by a rectangular link. Inset to the back of each housing is a round section of stitched leather, offering a comfortable wear for long term use. A subtle turn of the front rims adjusts the internal lenses and crystals to offer a wide variety of visual enhancements, each accented by a different colour refracted through each lens. Stamped into the inside of the leather headband is a minuscule wolf paw print.
