  4. # Manual Installation Guide for Wan FusionX ComfyUI
  5.
  6. This guide will walk you through setting up ComfyUI with all the necessary custom nodes and models for the Wan FusionX workflow.
  7.
  8. ---
  9.
  10. ### **Step 1: Prerequisites**
  11.
  12. Before you begin, ensure you have the following software installed:
  13. * **7-Zip:** A file archiver for extracting the ComfyUI package. Download from: https://www.7-zip.org/
  14. * **Git:** A version control system needed to download custom nodes. Download from: https://git-scm.com/download/win
  15.
  16. ---
  17.
  18. ### **Step 2: Download and Extract ComfyUI**
  19.
  20. 1. Download the ComfyUI portable version for NVIDIA GPUs from the official repository:
  21. * **Download Link:** https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/releases/download/v0.3.44/ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia.7z
  22.
  23. 2. Once downloaded, use 7-Zip to extract the archive. After extraction, your folder structure should look like this:
  24.
  25. ```
  26. ComfyUI_windows_portable/
  27. ├── ComfyUI/
  28. │ ├── models/
  29. │ └── custom_nodes/
  30. ├── python_embeded/
  31. └── run_nvidia_gpu.bat
  32. ```
  33.
  34. ---
  35.
  36. ### **Step 3: Install Required Custom Nodes**
  37.
  38. 1. Navigate to the `custom_nodes` directory:
  39. `ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes`
  40.
  41. 2. Open a Command Prompt or Terminal window in this folder. You can do this by typing `cmd` in the folder's address bar and pressing Enter.
  42.
  43. 3. Run the following `git clone` commands one by one to download all the necessary nodes:
  44.
  45. ```cmd
  46. git clone https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git
  47. git clone https://github.com/Fannovel16/comfyui_controlnet_aux
  48. git clone https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF
  49. git clone https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy
  50. git clone https://github.com/yolain/ComfyUI-Easy-Use
  51. git clone https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes
  52. git clone https://github.com/ssitu/ComfyUI_UltimateSDUpscale
  53. git clone https://github.com/cubiq/ComfyUI_essentials
  54. git clone https://github.com/Zehong-Ma/ComfyUI-MagCache
  55. git clone https://github.com/wallish77/wlsh_nodes
  56. git clone https://github.com/vrgamegirl19/comfyui-vrgamedevgirl
  57. ```
  58.
  59. 4. **IMPORTANT:** Install Python dependencies for the new nodes. Check each new folder for a `requirements.txt` file. For each one you find, run the corresponding command below from the `custom_nodes` directory:
  60.
  61. ```cmd
  62. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-Manager\requirements.txt
  63. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r comfyui_controlnet_aux\requirements.txt
  64. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-GGUF\requirements.txt
  65. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r rgthree-comfy\requirements.txt
  66. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-Easy-Use\requirements.txt
  67. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-KJNodes\requirements.txt
  68. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI_UltimateSDUpscale\requirements.txt
  69. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI_essentials\requirements.txt
  70. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-MagCache\requirements.txt
  71. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r wlsh_nodes\requirements.txt
  72. ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r comfyui-vrgamedevgirl\requirements.txt
  73. ```
  74.
  75. ---
  76.
  77. ### **Step 4: Download Wan FusionX Model Files**
  78.
  79. All required model files are hosted on Hugging Face:
  80. **https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/tree/main**
  81.
  82. Download the files listed below and place them into the correct subdirectories inside `ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\`. Create any missing folders (like `unet`, `text_encoders`, etc.).
  83.
  84. **1. Text Encoders**
  85. * **Path:** `ComfyUI\models\text_encoders\`
  86. * **File:** `umt5-xxl-encoder-Q5_K_S.gguf`
