    ¤ sora was born in daegu, south korea, as the second child to a married couple who had met during their college years. she was a rather unexpected surprise, because her parents hadn't been expecting anther baby, after having her older brother only two years beforehand, but they were happy none the less. when she was seven years old, her parents packed up and moved to sydney, australia, where her father grew up himself. sora attended school in australia, which was where she learnt to speak english. as a child, she was the type to become infatuated with other people easily, which was why she would often end up crushing on people quickly. this was something that stuck with her, and unfortunately is a habit she still has. at school, she wasn't popular, but she wasn't invisible either, mostly finding herself somewhere in between. she was still a shameless flirt back then, which soon became another habit. she moved back to korea with her parents when she was fourteen, as her maternal grandmother was diagnosed with caner, and sora's mother wished to spend more time with her. she was sixteen when she was scouted for the entertainment company while walking home from school (she had been jamming out to SNSD's 'THE BOYS' one the sidewalk at the time), and later attended an audition after encouragement from her older brother. she hadn't expected to get accepted, since she'd never really thought about becoming an idol before that point, and somehow managed to make it that far because she had a knack for picking things up pretty quickly. however, she did try extremely hard during her trainee years, due to the fact that she felt she was lacking compared to some of the other girls, and did her best to try and keep up with them.

PERSONALITY ┆
    ¤ sora has a bit of a complicated personality, if she does say so herself. she could be considered a walking disaster, due to the fact that she trips and knocks things over all the time. however, despite this, she is some how one of the group's dancers, and can pull off any routine without managing to fall flat on her face. however, as soon as the music stops, she'd be the type to just trip over thin air, and no one can work out why. she claims to have "selective coordination", and uses this as an explanation as to why she can flawlessly pull off dance routines, but be one of the clumsiest people to walk the plant in real life. this is probably the reason why sora doesn't own many nice things, because she has a tendency to break them by accident (her group mates also claim that she's the reason why they can't have nice things in their dorm, because they know from experience how risky it is with her around). she is definitely the flirt of the group, and is full of cheesy and pathetic pickup lines, in both english and korean. she knows just about every pun within the english and korean language, and will not hesitate to speak if she feels the situation is fit for it. she's basically the mood maker of the group, and will somehow miraculously appear out of thin air if she's needed (which people find kind of creepy, because she honestly does often appear out of nowhere). she has a habit of sneaking up on people, because she can actually be rather quiet when she wants to be, and if she doesn't want to be found, no one will be able to find her. sora constantly has her mind in the gutter, and has a talent of turning any situation sexual without even trying, with her slightly more sexual pickup lines (she's often scolded for using them while the maknaes are around). she is the type of person to flirt with everyone who walks in so much as a two metre radius of her, but once you get to know her, her flirting isn't really that serious, and she is just a playful and cuddly child in an adult's body. sora is just flirty and playful by nature, but she honestly means well, and when she does flirt with people, it's usually just for fun, and not to actually get into their pants. she loves skinship, and is definitely one of the more clingier members in the group, often hanging of her members a lot, because she just likes to know that there are people around her. she can be insecure, despite hiding it really well. even though she's a triple threat, she feels she's lacking compared to the others, and tends to put in twice as much effort to try and show people that she can be just as good as them. really, she just wants to be loved, and she is constantly doubting herself, and terrified that the company will suddenly decide to just drop her from the group because she isn't at the same level as the others. she is probably the least punctual human being on the planet, and always manages to be late. sora is never on time for anything, no matter how hard she tries, and can often be seen running around trying to get to places she should've been ages ago. she is also known to be the type who wears her heart on her sleeve, and falls in love extremely easily (like really easily).

    ¤ HIM | he was terrified of her, because she just came marching straight up to him and started talking to him as if they'd been frieds for their whole lives, when in reality, he had absolutely no idea who she was.
    ¤ HER | she thought he was cute, and kind of just marched up to him, deciding on the spot that she wanted to take him under her wing. she didn't think much different of him, but decided right then and there that he was going to be her bias in nct.

RELATIONSHIP ┆
    ¤ their relationship is something like 'EVIL MASTERMIND and (seemingly) INNOCENT SIDEKICK'. most of the time, sora is the evil mastermind, coming up with ways to drive people up the wall, but there are times when their roles switch, and he becomes the evil mastermind. honestly, when you put them together to come up with an evil plan, chaos ensures. also, she is high-key crushing on him (he's kind of whipped for her) and is really obvious about it. they honestly never get mad at each other (and usually when they do, it's because sora has found someway to piss him off) and she will probably come running back five minutes later beginning for forgiveness, with a couple of cheesy pickup lines.

HOW HE ACTS AROUND HER ┆
    ¤ BEG. - well, at the beginning, he was kind of terrified of her. for one thing, he wasn't very fluent in korean just yet, but she kind of just marched over and started flirting with him. as he's usually a quiet guy, he was kind of scared of her outgoing nature, and sort of wanted to hide from her. she also began talking a mile a minute, and he honestly could not keep up with it. he was basically just wary of her at first.
    ¤ MID. - however, even though he's awkward around her at first, he slowly starts to open up to her, because she talks so much and is continuously forcing him to be part of the conversation, claiming that if she "wanted to have a one sided conversation, she would've started chatting up a wall." he slowly starts to banter playfully with her, mostly about her pickup lines ("that pick up line was pathetic" "at least i'm trying here i don't see you trying to make a move"). he spends most of his time rolling his eyes at her, but he's still kind of terrified to get on her bad side after everything he's seen her do (after all, she's not the EVIL MASTERMIND for nothing).
    ¤ END. - he knows that she has a crush on him, but he doesn't really do much about it because he's a smol who doesn't have much experience with girls, so he doesn't really know what to do when there is one basically throwing herself at him. however, he doesn't complain when she gets a lot clingier, and low-key actually likes her back (he's just a lot less obvious about it). he's not as overwhelmed by her talkative and outgoing nature anymore, and now even has the confidence to tell her to shut up when she gets too annoying (but she usually just pouts and gives him a look which makes him roll his eyes at her, because even though she can sometimes annoy him, he can't really stay mad at her for long).

HOW SHE ACTS AROUND HIM ┆
    ¤ BEG. - she doesn't really act any different around him, because she doesn't feel the need to. she basically just adopts him and takes him under her wing (totally ignoring the fact that he seems completely terrified of her). she often experiments most of her pickup lines on him (and often asks him if he knows any good ones), and pretty much flirts with him all the time, which makes him very flustered.
    ¤ MID. - towards the beginning she is determined to get him to open up with her more, and is constantly appearing out of nowhere and linking their arms before dragging him off, informing him of some new prank she's just come up with, and basically makes him her assistant *cough sidekick cough*. she's decided at this point that she's keeping him, and often tries to include him in her plans (and often gets very surprised when he can come up with something evil, because she honestly thinks he's still innocent). she still flirts with him a lot, but is mildly disappointed because he's grown used to it and mostly just rolls his eyes at her pathetic attempts.
    ¤ END. - she likes him, and she's honestly not very subtle about it. she goes all out to try and flirt with him, which only makes him flustered. basically, all of her group mates and his know that she has a crush on him (not that she really cares). she just keeps acting the same, but she does become a lot clingier, which he doesn't mind because they're a lot closer now. she is always the one to initiate skinship, whether it be holding hands or all but draping herself over his shoulder. basically, she's just the more outgoing in the relationship (which is why she holds the tile of the EVIL MASTERMIND)
