Soft and Wet allows its user to soften solid objects through physical touch. Any solid object the user comes in physical contact with is subject to Soft and Wet should the user choose, including living creatures. In the case of living creatures, bodily functions are not interrupted by the softening.


Limitations:

-Unable to affect states of matter other than solids.

-Body parts seperated while under the effects of Soft and Wet will remain living as long as the effects are active. During this time they are able to easily be reattached, however they will begin to die should the effects be reversed.

-Objects affected by Soft and Wet regain their regular consistency after leaving the 15 meter radius around the user. Detached parts will not return to objects on their own after leaving this range.

-While objects are softened extremely quickly, the effect is initially limited to the area contacted by the user. The longer the user remains in contact with an object the further the effect will spread from the initial point. After contact has been broken, the effects will continue to spread temporarily depending on the area affected while contact was maintained.


Techniques:

Molding- After an object has been affected by Soft and Wet, it is able to be molded into any shape the user desires and will retain this shape. In the case of living creatures, changes in shape will only last until the quirk is deactivated. Using this technique the user is able to close even severe wounds in order to heal them.

CQC:  Giorno is extremely skilled in hand to hand combat. His past as a boxer and his time spent getting into altercations in Passione have honed his skills, and the resulting mix of boxing and street fighting has molded him into a ruthless fighter, only matched by others with professional training and discipline.
