  2. [11:04:57] Vivica Loirdne: <*approaches Sirus*> It was a bit hard, but I'm still getting used to some new skills that have come with wielding the powers of storms. Heh.
  3. [11:05:48] Sirus Blackmane: Storm magic is no joke, Vivica. I've slain a dragon who wielded Storm Magic before.

  5. [11:06:40] Vivica Loirdne: I don't doubt a dragon can wield storm magics, but damn.. that sounds awful. <*chuckles*>
  6. [11:07:31] Vivica Loirdne: My own birth mother was a storm magi herself, according to her journals. It's ironic that.. they died when I was so young, but I've found myself learning the same magics before I knew she was.

[11:07:31] Ember waiting at the marked place in the place Ciel and she talked about,Cinderfall,it was no good for her to stay in place like that,the mark became worse when she wasn't thinking about anything in special,but maybe that was close to an end,maybe it was just starting,but again,she couldn't stand to wait longer

  9. After a bit more of waiting,Ciel showed up,talked to his wife and approached her "So,you done beating up your kids?" Ember said that in a sarcastic tone,obviously just playing around "Alright then,what do you want from me?"

  11. [11:12:38] Sirus Blackmane: That so? That's rather interesting actually.
  12. [11:12:38] Sirus Blackmane: I barely remember my own parents because they died when I was young but there was no indication of them ever being magi.
  13. [11:13:29] Vivica Loirdne: <*nods her head*> Oh, I'm sorry about that, Sirus.
  14. [11:13:29] Sirus Blackmane: Believe it or not Vivica, before I had an immense hatred for the undead it was the Yokai who held that spot.
  15. [11:14:20] Vivica Loirdne: Yokai are just as bad as the undead.
  16. [11:14:20] Sirus Blackmane: Honestly... I put Undead on a much higher pedastal due to personal reasons. Even if the Yokai killed my parents.
  17. [11:14:20] Vivica Loirdne: Though.. I've yet to encounter an undead.. Unless you count Saulot and performing necromancy in front of me when I was younger..
  18. [11:14:20] "Done~" He said as he returned the joke.

  20. "However, she's slowly gaining strength, and I'm sure she can surpass me soon enough." The man said, his voice turning serious and proud as he gave a brief glance at Vivica's direction.

  22. "It wasn't entirely one sided, and I can't believe she had grown that much." He said as he let his hair droop to one side, revealing a purplish hue on his neck.

  24. "Storm magic. But I managed to fight back." He continued, letting his hair curtain it yet again.

  26. "Well. Before that. Let me formally introduce myself." He said.

  28. "Ciel Loirdne. An Outlaw." With the introduction, he also offered his right and only hand, for a shake.
  29. (Ciel Loirdne)
  30. [11:15:12] Vivica Loirdne: I understand. I remember something Rin said about.. Maria, I believe..? Maybe.. I'm remembering wrong..
  31. [11:15:12] Vivica Loirdne: I shouldn't bring that up though, I'm sorry.
  32. [11:16:03] Sirus Blackmane: <*Frowns*> I still don't have a clue as to how that monster knew of what transpired at the Throne Room of Nostvale.
  33. [11:16:03] Sirus Blackmane: That caught me off guard.
  34. [11:16:54] Vivica Loirdne: I'm unsure. I knew Rin since I was a child after she made an appearance in Loranthis.
  35. [11:16:54] Sirus Blackmane: Well the past is the past... Rin's dead now and that marks one less Malpercian in Valmasia.
  36. [11:16:54] Vivica Loirdne: <*smiles and gives a glance towards Ciel as he speaks about her before looking back to Sirus*>
  37. [11:17:45] Vivica Loirdne: Mhm, one less disgustingly depraved being.
  38. [11:17:45] Vivica Loirdne: Oh! I actually had a question for you. It has to do with Thom.. kind of.
  39. [11:18:36] Vivica Loirdne: Do you happen to know anything about elemental magics?
  40. [11:20:19] Sirus Blackmane: Only Fire and Wind.
  41. [11:20:19] Sirus Blackmane: Liara was the go-to for Elemental magics when she was still alive.
  42. [11:21:10] Vivica Loirdne: <*sighs*> That woman was always so busy.. it was a rare opportunity when I'd get to talk to her.
  43. [11:21:10] Batkem Loirdne: Ciel can't beat me, Vivica.
  44. [11:21:10] Vivica Loirdne: What about.. elemental summoning? Were you ever around Thom when he summoned one?
  45. [11:21:10] Vivica Loirdne: <*looks to Batkem with a smile*> I know he can't mom. Dad told me about that. <*giggles*>
  46. [11:22:01] Sirus Blackmane: I remember... Thom named his Elemental summon 'Indra.'
  47. [11:22:52] Ember accepted the handshake "Now,i believe we both have more serious matters to resolve" she said that adopting a serious expression on her face,not sure if what she would say next would affect her chances of getting in,but then again,if this wasn't brought up soon,it would most definetly affect her life later

She took a deep breath before talking "As you're probably thinking,no,i don't mean entering the outlaws,i mean this" she lifted her jacket,revealing the partially removed mark on her chest "So,i gained that when fighting a yokai a few months ago,that mark,as far as i know,makes the victim the user's eternal slave,it also draws the victim quickly to craziness and depravity however,i managed to get partially rid of it,since im not able to focus with my mind with that still here,and as we speak,it is probably corrupting more of my mind,so i need your help to get rid of it before we talk about the actual interview,as if im accepted within that condition,then things may get violent" Ember stared at Ciel seriously while talking to show she wasn't joking around "Also,sorry for bringing that in on what was supposed to be a friendly chat,but i don't know any others strong enough to remove that"

  51. [11:23:44] Vivica Loirdne: Lightning elemental. Indra. He had the elemental hold me sometimes when I was younger. "<*laughs*>

  53. [11:24:35] Vivica Loirdne: Though.. I remember throwing a fit and always demanded that he hold me.
  54. [11:25:26] Vivica Loirdne: Sometimes I even punched his legs for him to pick me up. <*laughs again*>

  57. [11:25:26] Sirus Blackmane: I can't imagine Indra being used as a babysitter. Th'Elemental was tough beyond belief. I could never best Thom on my own.

  59. [11:26:17] Vivica Loirdne: <*shrugs*> He only used it when I wanted to be held, but I always denied it. I recall always using the excuse of 'they aren't warm like you are.'
  60. [11:27:08] Vivica Loirdne: <*looks to Batkem*> Yes, mom. I've began reading that journal you gave me as well as Thom's journals.
  61. [11:27:08] Batkem Loirdne: An elemental of what kind?
  62. [11:28:00] Vivica Loirdne: Erm.. I have yet to finish Reeve's journal and get on to Thom's. The spirit world is an interesting place.
  63. [11:28:00] His eyes darted towards the mark.

  65. "A yokai's mark?" He lifted an eyebrow as he muttered under his breath. The man had seen far too many of them before, though they differ, they almost do the same thing.

  67. "And no, that's fine." The man's ears slightly tilted upon hearing talks of elementals. Indra? Indra . . . It reminded him of when the Outlaws attacked Loranthis, with him and John ending up fighting Thom himself.

  69. "Anyways. Was it a Kaor yokai?" He asked, turning his head back to Ember.

  71. [11:28:00] Vivica Loirdne: Perhaps.. a lightning Elemental like Thom was capable of summoning, but.. I know many more magics. I assume the realm is filled with more than just lightning elementals..
  72. [11:28:51] Sirus Blackmane: Vivica... if I may ask. Would you mind if I join you for reading Thom's journals? It's rare to see the man in a good light after his demise... a trip down memory lane would be nice.
  73. [11:28:51] Batkem Loirdne: A lightning elemental would most likely dwell within Uraheim, the land of water.

  80. [11:30:33] Batkem Loirdne: But perhaps that's Terraheim?

  82. [11:31:24] Vivica Loirdne: There didn't seem to be much information on Terraheim, Alfheim, and Uraheim.

  84. [11:31:24] Batkem Loirdne: The first step would be to determine exactly what sort of elemental you wish for.
  85. [11:31:24] Vivica Loirdne: Maybe.. if a magi like myself is capable of wielding magics of storm.. do you think.. storm elementals could exist?
  86. [11:31:24] Batkem Loirdne: With that done, you can begin finding or creating links to what it represents.

  88. [11:31:24] Batkem Loirdne: It's very feasible.
  89. [11:32:16] Vivica Loirdne: <*nods head*> Imagine.. a storm magi with a storm elemental..
  90. [11:32:16] Batkem Loirdne: If not, you could simply contract three spirits of wind, water, and lightning.
  91. [11:33:07] Sirus Blackmane: I'd say go for it Vivica!

  93. [11:33:07] Vivica Loirdne: I'm definitely going to go for it, Sirus! <*smiles widely at the man*>

[11:33:58] Ember remembered the day when she got the mark,rage consuming most of her,but she wouldn't show any kind of emotion in that crucial moment "Yes,it was a Kaor,but it wasn't at his strongest,i would have defeated him if i didn't rely too much on new abilities i haven't even mastered yet"

There was also a kid at the scene,but he ran away short after the fight began,he also was the reason the fight even began,but that wasn't important "Anyways,i think he had recently evolved,he seemed quite experienced in combat,but he was way too overconfident in his abilities,not like some other kaors i've met,so that description fits an recently evolved kaor which wasn't that strong but still beat me up"

  101. [11:36:32] Judging by how she spoke, it seems like she's extremely capable herself.

  103. Kaors are beings able to crush normal human settlements with sheer power alone. However, magis and warriors who have the ability to fight them alone are beings not to be underestimated themselves.

  105. "I see. Although I cannot help you with the curse, due to the lack of knowledge I do have with them. I know people who can easily rid you of that." He said.
