  3. This is a volunteer position, you will NOT be paid for your services.

  5. This Application is often the first impression the APOC staff receive of you, make it count!

  8. Do NOT have an endless wall of text (Use line breaks).
  9. Do NOT abbreivate needlessly and give your responses in full sentences, using correct punctuation and spelling. Most modern browsers have a built-in spellcheck function.

  14. Interact with players, make them feel welcome.
  15. Maintain a professional attitude.
  16. Promote donating or purchasing ranks on our shops.
  17. Promote applying for staff to players you feel are suitable candidates.
  18. Promote reviewing of your server on Minecraft-related platforms and Social Media/ Networking such as Facebook, Twitter, Twitch or Youtube.
  19. Do not give information or advice on matters you are not 100% certain on, defer to another member of staff if required.

  24. Be active on your respective server. Logging in a for a few minutes before leaving again is NOT an acceptable practice.
  25. You are REQUIRED to be online on and available on Skype and TeamSpeak when you are online on our network. TeamSpeak is used for voice communication and Skype for text communication.
  26. N.B. We are always looking to improve our communications and the rules which apply to Skype/ TeamSpeak apply equally to any other future communications solutions which have the same functionality.

  29. Duties:

  31. Always consider a ban the last possible resort (except in extreme circumstances), try to resolve things with players privately (where possible).
  32. Vote for your respective server(s) daily and advise players of the benefits of doing so. Votes help the network gain more exposure and awareness among potential players.
  33. Report any duplication/griefing behavior to the Server Deus, Global Deus or Prime Admin.
  34. Monitor player activities unobtrusively. Let them know you are about, do NOT intentionally make it difficult for them to play by getting in their way.
  35. Do NOT simply use the /vanish command, a visible presence is always better.
  36. Help with network-related projects as and when required. Examples include in-game buildings or structures such as developing communal areas or outside of the game on things such as plugin config files.
  37. Report bugs! Things that are broken should be reported to see if there is a possible fix.

  63. As a Server Deus you must be at least 13 years old, are required, at a minimum to be active for 40 hours/ week and should add your Server Moderator(s), Server Administrator(s), Global Deus('s) and Prime Administrator to your Skype contacts list to enable swift and trackable communication.

YOU are responsible for the smooth running of your server, including staff activity/ behaviour, recruiting/ removing staff, and encouraging your staff to vote/ review and/ or encourage players to vote/ review, and are the conduit between your server and the Head Staff team.
