  13. i)There are only 4 healers (Mercy, Ana, Lucio, Zenyatta);
  14. ii) Only Mercy and Ana can be played without an additional support, and Lucio/Zen requires a high level of team coordination resulting in a low TTK;
  15. iii)Ana requires a higher skill level, and is unsuited to the current meta;

  33. v) In general, DPS players are loath to play tanks or supports and will instalock DPS;
