I don't appreciate the catty, sarcastic remarks I've seen and heard coming from you. That I need to get a job, that you don't need me on the network, that I need to "sweat it out" more when I asked for my rank back, and other remarks I cannot recall at this moment. And here I thought you would be honestly happy for me when I revealed that piece of information to you guys. Just like I supported and was over the moon excited when I heard of your engagement to Felix and the wedding. Instead you decided to prove some point which is childish in of itself. If you have a problem, talk to that person about it. Don't pretend everything is fine and then stab them in the back. For what? Because you feel threatened? Because you don't like something that person is doing so you just decide to kill off a great member(s) of staff who has helped you out for YEARS instead of communicating and compromising with them?

I don't appreciate coming back to hear that everyone hates me because of the reveal and that you and a few others have been fueling everyone's heads just to sway them toward your side over a topic that has nothing to do with the server at all. My relationship does not affect the server at all, nor is it a right for any of you guys to know about it but we decided to be nice and let you all know. Why? Because we consider everyone here as a friend. F r i e n d s.  I especially don't appreciate hearing this coup that you're trying to organize which involves me being removed from staff because of some unknown reason. I've still yet to fully learn why this is even happening because you don't like conflict and are avoiding it at all costs when it comes to speaking to anyone that you have a problem with. Much unlike any normal adult would handle the situation by communicating verbally and coming to a compromise with them instead. Your management team have been SCREAMING at you to listen to us for the betterment of the server for MONTHS now. We've gotten nowhere because of your ignorance and cowardice.

You should also be ashamed at the fact that you're involving parties that don't want to be split down the middle between you and us. Leave them out of it. It isn't a competition, it isn't a time to pick sides. You've been grooming people for information on interactions and information about how we're dealing with the situation at hand instead of coming to us and learning things like any normal person would.

And your constant excuses and lying... This isn't kindergarten. Grow up and grow some. You don't need to lie to your management team or staff team about what you're doing. We're not stupid and do notice when you're lying to us and when you're making obvious excuses to avoid situations you don't want to be a part of. We all know you have constantly made excuses to avoid talking about the economy with Paly because you knew you would be screamed at for not following the agreed upon plan, especially after you went and did the work anyways in your format with the help of the devs and avoided speaking verbally with Paly any chance you could, just like you are now. And furthermore, you don't need to have a separate discord for the network's development stuff; it shows your lack of wanting to be a team right there. There's plenty of room on this discord for that here.

The room of hate that you have been in and out of the last week (hidden, mind you) which included Bohica and Jax; you should shake your head at that. Those two are notoriously known for kicking up dust and fueling the hate fire because of their gripes and comments about me or things I have done. And taking advantage of Imo and Clop when we revealed our relationship to one another, to hopefully sway them to be on your side if you kicked us out by exposing them to that room of hate and your own snide remarks, you should be ashamed. This isn't a competition for anything.

Just remember, Tim, that this server wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the work I've put into the server while you took your 6+ month hiatus from here. I could have easily up and left and let it die while you were gone in that amount of time but I didn't because I did my job as a manager. You can't just come back after that and pretend its fine and dandy and everything is working just perfect because you have some help from devs. I did that shit WITHOUT any help from devs and very little help from you when I didn't know something. It's a huge slap in the face for you to sit there and tell me "Oh we're running just fine without you." Everyone on the network, friend, staff, or not, knows how hard I've busted my ass to keep things running as smoothly as possible here.

And the reason you have no other active Managers and members of Management is because of two things: Communication and actions. Not everyone agrees with what you want to do and the lack of communication between, not only Management, but staff is so irritating. If you don't compromise and work with the members of your management team instead of against them and give them room to have an opinion of their own that isn't dictated then there's no point to having managers or even admins. They/we're basically robots. And while we've expressed this to you and BEGGED for some actual responsibility to not only help you out (stress) but still include you, you still come back and continue to work as a singular computing mechanism; working and managing everything yourself while trying to force the pawns you have at your disposal to do your bidding as well. Well I can tell you, we're tired of being treated like robots. We are tired of us agreeing on something and you going off and doing the complete opposite. We are tired of not being listened to. We are tired of the severe lack of communication. And be warned, and this isn't a threat, that if you do not change and continue down this path, FrozenSoul will crumble and fall just like Forsaken.

One thing I want to make known to you, since it was brought up to me yesterday, I do not want the server. I don't want to inherit it, I do not want it, I do not want to be the owner in any way shape or form. I am here as a member of management wanting to get this ball rolling so everyone can enjoy their time here and we can see the server prosper. I am not here to try and take this network from you and turn it into something else. I do not want to cause the network harm in any way. That is not in my agenda as a person, let alone a member of staff with a bad taste in my mouth over the recent events that have taken place. I did not come to you with the recommendation that Paly become Manager so I could sway the vote in my direction when it came to topics. Yes we are dating, yes we agree on a lot of stuff, but (like Imo, Hirix and Fruity) we disagree on a lot. When we re-wrote the rules to how they are today, that should've shown and proved that point to you. It was HOURS of debating, compromising, and we worked as a T E A M should. The only person not playing as a team is You. This network was to be for the people, not so you can make money off every little thing and ignore the team's opinions until you got what you wanted. I'm not here to harm the network, yet for some reason you want throw everything away that is good for this network. Why?


And I know you're probably never going to read this or only read the first bit and then give up because you "don't have the time" to read it with your busy life nor do you want to deal with it, but know that this is all brought on because of You. Your lack of responsibility, your lack of care, your lack of teamwork, your lack of communication, and your lack of maturity. I can hope in your time away you can reflect on what I've said here and grow from it before you lose everything.
