Arjuna loses the concept of death.

The Lymphatic System in a human body is a complex and incredibly useful thing, and impressed upon the soul it becomes even more complex and useful. Once integrated you can visibly watch as it begins re-interpreting specific concepts, shoring up other organs, and all-around maintaining your soul-structure to an incredible degree. Your soul no longer has a concept of Death nor Obsolescence, and other such concepts are being filtered out while your more beneficial concepts are being expanded and refined to fill in the gaps.
