Where am I? | Liberty Garden | A while later, I enter the elevator to floor 11 of one of the buildings of Castelia City. The door opens, and I'm greeted by a lone backpacker. It immediately challenges me to a battle, for which I am ill equipped with only my starter and a random Mienfoo I found in Victory Road, as the trainer easily outlevels both Pokémon. I do see a set of stairs on the top right. Where am I? | Challenger's Cave
