i feel like in previous gdqs, well at least since i first started going, i sort of stopped really meeting new people after i found my core group but that was definitely not the case this time. i am anti list because you always forget someone but if i met you for the first time or got to know you this event, know you helped make it a great one, and im glad to have you as a friend

just like last sgdq we managed to plan and execute a ton of awesome stuff and it made the week fly by in a good way

this gdq featured the first time i received a standing ovation from a whole bar and i DO have to say that is ok for your ego (thank god cause i really needed it)

i had what i think was my first panic attack on saturday sorry to those of you that had to deal with that. I think i was just tired and hungry and that whole day i was in my own head. semi-related: i think im done getting hammered, just in general. I basically dont drink except at gdqs anymore anyways, and i've decided i dont remain a very considerate person while im very drunk, so i think i'll just not anymore. I'm almost 30 it's probably time anyways

saturday night was exactly what i needed, which to explain more clearly, was some footage of pools in houses and also a grandma that can't stop the murderin'.

congrats to the event on 3 million buckeronis. That's a huge huge landmark and it couldn't be going to a better cause. Very proud of the staff and the community.

many things happened this week that really solidified that i have an excellent group of friends, not only in that i enjoy their company and they make me happy, but that they're really fucking good people. i genuinely feel blessed as hell that i have them and i sort of spend a lot of time afraid im gonna fuck it all up. cherish the people around you that build you up. that's really all that matters.

unfortunately we have to move onto more serious news now:

i regret to inform you that on Saturday June 29th, 2019, it was discovered that SRL_Ivan does not know how to dab. he did like a \o7 sort of move and frankly it was embarassing as hell. im sorry you had to find out this way.

in closing
it was kind of a melancholy first half of this year for me with the breakup and everything, but i left with a full heart and a feeling of being dealt an extremely fortunate hand in this world.
