White RP

Before you is a tall, somewhat ethereal figure. Their skin is pale, and they're wearing a suit that is all white, their top hat the same color. They appear to be albino, their eyes matching the stripe of their top hat; red. However, their right eye is filled with television static. Their hair is slick and somewhat short, colored pure white, like their suit. They're a walking paint canvas. A silver cane is in their left hand, both hands gloved. The only thing that isn't red or white would be their shoes, as well as their sun glasses and three rings; two rings on their right, one on their left.
