1. Amulet of Rejuvenation:
2. 2000% -> 1000% Health Regen
3. -200% -> -500% Spell Damage
4. -200% -> -500% Melee Damage
5. -150% -> -300% Walk Speed
6. 0 -> -10000 Spell Damage
7. 0 -> -10000 Melee Damage
8. 80 -> 65 Health Regen
9. Reasoning: It's suddenly extremely powerful and is being used with raw damage to provide immortality.
10.
11. Digested Corpse:
12. TOTAL REMAKE.
13. 1400 Health
14. -60 Water Defense
15.
16. 2 slots
17.
18. Level 71
19.
20. Requires 25 Strength/25 Dexterity
21.
22. Health Regen: -140%(98%-182%)
23. Melee Damage: 7%(2%-9%)
24. Thorns: 20%(6%-26%)
25. Poison: 680(204-884)
26. Health Regen: -9(6-12)
27. Melee Damage: 40(12-52)
28. Reasoning: It had no purpose and, in fact, was unobtainable through any means. An earth/thunder piece was needed around here, so I put two and two together.
29.
30. Black Catalyst:
31. -150 -> -200 Health
32.
33. New Set Bonus:
34. xpBonus: -5,30
35. soulPoints: 0,10
36. healthBonus: 0,-200
37. manaRegen: 0,2
38. spellDamage: 0,6
39. exploding: 0,10
40. spellDamageRaw: 0,50
41.
42. Reasoning: The humble catalysts were becoming a touch too ubiquitous. They were rather a bit too strong together for their own good, so they have less spell damage and less health.
43.
44. Byte
45.
46. 5% -> 6% All Element Damage
47. 5% -> 7% All Element Defense
48. Reasoning: Apparently it's sort of pathetic right now.
49.
50. Fog of Creation:
51. 25 -> 125 Damage Bonus(38-163)
52. 5% -> 8% All Element Damage(2%-10%)
53. 8% -> 15% All Element Defense(5%-20%)
54. Reasoning: It was unnotable, and the melee had no real justification being so much lower than the spell and regen.
55.
56. Krakem:
57. TOTAL REDO.
58.
59. 300-440 Neutral Damage
60. 120-200 Water Damage
61.
62. Melee Damage: 9%(3%-12%)
63. Strength: 4(1-5)
64. Intelligence: 7(2-9)
65. Spell Damage: 80(24-104)
66. Fire Damage: -16%(11%-21%)
67. Earth Damage: 20%(6%-26%)
68. Reasoning: It was apparently quite weak, and had little identity of its own.
69.
70. Jungle Artifact:
71. 7% -> 14% Exploding(4%-18%)
72. -28% -> -21% Speed(15%-27%)
73. 210 -> 0 Poison
74. -70 -> -77 Spell Damage(54-100)
75. 14% -> 0 Earth Damage
76. -21% -> 0 Water Defense
77. Reasoning: It was messy and its drawbacks were too intense.
78.
79. Hornet:
80. TOTAL REDO.
81.
82. 475-700 Neutral Damage
83. 200-300 Fire Damage
84.
85. 10% Damage Bonus(3%-13%)
86. 5 Strength(2-7)
87. -15% Speed(11%-20%)
88. 800 Health(240-1040)
89. -125 Spell Damage(88-163)
90. 140 Damage Bonus(42-182)
91. -20% Thunder Damage(14%-26%)
92. 19% Earth Damage(6%-25%)
93. Reasoning: It was very messy, and this focuses it in much better on what it was intended to be.
94.
95. Stormcloud:
96. TOTAL REMAKE.
97.
98. 2 slots
99.
100. 90-160 Neutral Damage
101. 50-80 Water Damage
102. 40-90 Air Damage
103. 30-100 Thunder Damage
104.
105. Level 95
106. Requires 30 Intelligence/Agility/Dexterity
107.
108. 1 Mana Regen
109. 12% Spell Damage
110. -15% Melee Damage
111. 10% Speed
112. 175 Spell Damage
113. Reasoning: Did ANYONE ever use Stormcloud? Or even consider using it?
114.
115. Monk's Battle Staff:
116.
117. 70-90 -> 110-130 Neutral Damage
118. 30-60 -> 45-75 Earth Damage
119. 32 -> 29 Strength Requirement
120. 8% -> 10% Damage Bonus(3%-13%)
121. -3% -> 3% Speed(1%-4%)
122. -20 -> -45 Spell Damage(32-59)
123. 16 -> 45 Melee Damage(14-59)
124. Reasoning: And you thought we were kidding with that strength requirement.
125. All seriousness, this was way weaker than it ought to have been. Dunno what Salted was thinking.
126.
127. Grillface:
128. 2 -> 3 slots
129. 3100 -> 3000 Health
130. -180 -> -150 Water Defense
131. 10% -> 0 Damage Bonus
132. 19% -> 25% Fire Damage/Air Damage(8%-33%)
133. -40% -> -20% Water Damage(14%-26%)
134. 15% -> 0 Fire Defense
135. -20% -> -40% Water Defense(28%-52%)
136. Reasoning: This is on the IM's, ask them. I thought it was fine...
137.
138. Harpoon:
139. -5% -> 8% Spell Damage
140. 0 -> 4% Damage Bonus
141. 5% -> -5% Speed
142. 7% -> 0 Water Damage
143. Reasoning: Man, Salted...you have some incomprehensible and messy ideas sometimes.
144.
145. Shard of Sky:
146. TOTAL REDO.
147.
148. 145-215 Neutral Damage
149. 70-110 Air Damage
150.
151. Requires 60 Agility
152.
153. 6 Dexterity
154. 10 Agility
155. 12% Speed
156. 16% Air Damage
157. 8% Air Defense
158. Reasoning: See Stormcloud. Hopefully this will be an actually-somewhat-competent offensive option now.
159.
160. Canopy:
161. TOTAL REDO.
162.
163. -100 Fire Defense
164. 80 Water Defense
165. 60 Earth Defense
166.
167. Requires 30 Strength/Intelligence
168.
169. 4% Spell Damage(1%-5%)
170. 8% Reflection(2%-8%)
171. 14% Thorns(4%-18%)
172. 8% Earth Damage(2%-10%)
173. 10% Water Defense(3%-10%)
174. Reasoning: An element gap filler that never really had purpose before...
175.
176. Contrast:
177. TOTAL REMAKE.
178. 1275 Health
179.
180. 25% Reflection
181. 25% Exploding
182. 15% Speed
183. 750 Poison
184. 25% Soul Point Regen
185. Reasoning: There was a clamour to bring it back to how it was before when we changed it over to the element defense version, so here ya go, with a small buff to boot.
186.
187. Kuuichi:
188. 0 -> 6% XP Bonus
189. 7 -> 10 Spell Damage(3-13)
190. 5% -> 0 Water Damage
191. -5% -> 0 Thunder Defense
192. Reasoning: No reason for elements at such a low level, plus raw spell adjustment.
193.
194. Shajone:
195. 65 -> 85 Health
196. 4 -> 5 Health Regen/Spell Damage/Damage Bonus
197. Reasoning: Raw adjustments. We wanted it to be in proportion, but that left it sort of pathetic, so we upped its health instead.
198.
199. Antim:
200. 40 -> 45 Health Regen(14-59)
201. 50 -> 30 Spell Damage(9-39)
202. 5 -> 25 Damage Bonus(8-33)
203. Reasoning: Raw adjustments.
204.
205. Sleet:
206. 7% -> 25% Spell Damage
207. 95 -> 150 Spell Damage
208. 10% -> 30% Thunder Damage
209. 10% -> 35% Air Damage
210. Reasoning: Its damage compared to the baseline is actually pretty low, so it gets a license for high %'s.
211.
212. The Mind:
213. 6% -> 16% Spell Damage(5%-21%)
214. -4% -> -10% Damage Bonus(7%-13%)
215. 3 -> 5 Intelligence(2-7)
216. 10 -> 0 Spell Damage
217. Reasoning: It also has low base damage, but we noticed a lot of daggers had raw spell and didn't necessarily need to, so we did some re-arranging.
218.
219. Heart Piercer:
220. 210 -> 350 Poison
221. -25 -> -50 Spell Damage
222. 30 -> 35 Damage Bonus
223. Reasoning: Induce cardiac arrest.
224.
225. Undefined:
226. 125 -> 110 Health Regen(33-143)
227. 125 -> 120 Spell Damage(36-156)
228. 25 -> 95 Damage Bonus(29-124)
229. Reasoning: undefined
230.
231. Crusade Sabatons:
232. TOTAL REDO.
233.
234. 3 slots
235.
236. 5050 Health
237. 250 Fire Defense
238. -125 Water Defense
239. 175 Earth Defense
240.
241. Requires 40 Strength and 80 Defense
242.
243. 45% Health Regen(14%-59%)
244. 10% Spell Damage(3%-13%)
245. 15% Damage Bonus(5%-20%)
246. 20 Defense(6-26)
247. -15% Speed(11%-20%)
248. 1500 Health(450-1950)
249. 10% Earth Damage(3%-13%)
250. 25% Fire Defense(8%-33%)
251. Reasoning:
252.
253.
254.
255. This one took a while. The item team has literally been debating over how to best buff this item for months on end, but we finally managed to settle on a design which emphasizes its hybrid nature to a mythic degree, giving it decent damage, better coverage on its defenses, a less restrictive requirement, and an absolute WALL of health(up to 7000!). Hopefully it will see more use now.
256.
257. The Specialist:
258. 500% -> 889% Thunder Damage(267%-1156%)
259. 550% -> 1000% Earth Damage(300%-1300%)
260. 600% -> 1176% Fire Damage(353%-1529%)
261. 650% -> 1176% Air Damage(353%-1529%)
262. 700% -> 1334% Water Damage(400%-1734%)
263. Reasoning: This should help boost its base damage by a good deal. I calculated this out to give around 400 base damage with each powder at base.
264.
265. Aersectra:
266. 2 -> 3 slots
267. 12% -> 15% Spell Damage(5%-20%)
268. 24 -> 70 Melee Damage(21-91)
269. -1000 -> -900 Health(630-1170)
270. -15% -> 0 Water Damage/Thunder Damage/Earth Damage
271. Reasoning: ID cleanup, plus Aersectra was a liiiittle underpowered.
272.
273. Anger Point:
274. -5% -> 0 Reflection/Thorns
275. -5 -> -7 Defense(5-9)
276. 20 -> 30 Spell Damage(9-39)
277. 25 -> 60 Damage Bonus(18-78)
278. -10% -> -15% Earth Defense(11%-20%)
279. Reasoning: Raw spell/melee adjustment plus ID cleanup.
280.
281. Cross-aegis:
282. a -> A in the name
283. -10% -> 0 Spell Damage
284. -7 -> 0 Agility
285. 8% -> 13% Fire Defense/Air Defense
286. 7% -> 12% Earth Defense/Thunder Defense
287. Reasoning: The most important change.
288.
289. Lightning Edge:
290. 2 -> 4 slots
291. 1-170 -> 10-170 Thunder Damage
292. 1 -> 0 Mana Regen
293. 11% -> 0 Thorns
294. 6% -> 8% Speed(2%-10%)
295. -5% -> 0 Soul Point Regen
296. -50% -> -30% Earth Damage(21%-39%)
297. 20% -> 10% Thunder Defense(3%-13%)
298. -30% -> -15% Earth Defense(11%-20%
299. Reasoning: It sucked. Hard. I didn't realize it at the time when I made it, though. So, a consolation prize.
