	Crystal: 	"Do you have some idea of what she wants to splice with?"
	Venec: 	"Yeah." Venec nodded. "She said Darkrai."

* Miranda frowned a bit at the name but shrugged later.
	Miranda: 	"So much for my uniqueness, but I guess that's alright."
	Crystal: 	"Does she know we have a Lugia genome?"
	Venec: 	"Darkrai was the only reason she was interested in the first place. If we find a good, legendary ghost pokemon we might tempt her but she really likes the ghost/dark image."
	Crystal: 	"She's choosing based on how she'll look?"
	Cepheus White: 	"Meet up with Cynthia in Cerulean? ...All right, I'll remember that." He wasn't quite sure what to think of Cynthia. All he knew was she was Lucy's mother, but what kind of person she was he didn't know for sure. However, he did know quite a bit about her, from his travels in Shinou.
	Miranda: 	"Hmm..."
	Miranda: 	"We have a Slakoth if she doesn't mind becoming an experiment."
	Miranda: 	"It's a splice already so, it'd be splicing with a splice. I don't know what'll happen but, it IS a Ghost type."
	Miranda: 	"I'll be honest. I'm only offering this idea because of the choice in Darkrai she's making."
	Miranda: 	"I'll still help if you decline."
	Venec: 	Venec shrugged. "She likes ghost and dark moves. Maybe? She might be able to explain it better."
	Crystal: 	"Or we could try using Honchi... a Grass/Ghost. She was spliced with a big Bannet, right?"
	Cepheus White: 	Cepheus went and stood off about 15 feet away from the rest of the group, enough to be within vision, but not within the ensuing conversation. He started quietly thinking to himself.

	Crystal: 	"Tell her about it. That might influence her one way or the other."

	Jupiter Roswell: 	(...and I think I just heard him say 'mother'?)
	Cepheus White: 	"And..." (this comment's directed at Grace) "you deserve most of the credit for this win. Jupiter finished it, but you created the lead we needed for victory."
	Miranda: 	"I only got to meet him in passing, but he seemed, at a glance, like such a likeable guy."
	Grace Appara: 	"Of course. I'm just that amazing when I put my mind to things."

* Crystal looks at Miranda, and gives her a hug after a few seconds.

	Miranda: 	"Well, Darkrai took the application personally, and attempted to disrupt the process. During it, it was already given to me and the change had started. Without any hesitation he attempted to take my life. At the time, I had no way to fight back. The transformation leaves you defenseless. I must've blacked out or something but, when I came to, Darkrai was pronounced deceased and that I was lucky to be alive. To this day, I still don't know what happened."
	Venec: 	"I know Jupiter's strengths, I know Grace's strengths. I knew how they were going to royally mess up my team from the start." (he added in a lower voice, "I was right by the way.") "Now you are a legendary dragon and I didn't know what you were capable of. The only way I could possibly defend is to attack attack attack as fast and hard as I could." He nodded, "But don't worry, you'll shine soon enough. Cepheus is a tougher trainer than he looks."
	Cepheus White: 	"What, you don't think I look that tough?" he said with a laugh.
	Venec: 	"Wanna arm wrestle?" Venec grinned.
	May: 	May was quiet, but listening carefully.
* Crystal turns to look at May. "You should look into Darkrai more, I think. Find out what they tend to be, what being one would do and mean to you. From what you've said it sounds like you've only looked at the positives."
	May: 	"(Almost... disapointingly blunt.)" She finally decided how she felt about it.
	Cepheus White: 	"I know which fights to pick, Venec," he said, still smiling.
	May: 	"(Cross a Ninetales and your family will live with a thousand year curse. Just trying to kill you? He sounds more afraid then angry.)"
	Venec: 	Venec nodded to Cepheus, "and you're going to live longer than me because of it."
	Crystal: 	"From what Miranda said, he sounded -offended-."

	Crystal: 	"You want to become a Darkrai, but you keep side-stepping the possibility that it isn't everything you want it to be. Or it's something more. Something... worse. It changes your body, changes -you-. You should do your best to know what it could change before you just say 'do it'."

* Crystal flinches, and looks out the door.

* Crystal steps towards the door, staying back because she has to look after her egg as well.

	Crystal: 	"He's obviously trying to incite ours."

	Venec: 	Venec's mood seemed to have done a 180. Something about his dismissive disposition made Venec return the same. "He said what he wanted, let him piss off."

* Miranda vanished.
	Jupiter Roswell: 	"Touchy AND cocky? What else are you? It's like you WANT to pick a fight."
