Final part of the RP

*Ariya This second part of what Rena was asking Ariya was...hard to say the least. Ariya has had no formal training with understanding the spirits and calling on them. However there was one thing she always remembered to be important, meditation. Meditation was always a key and pivitol part of training.

Ariya calmed her mind and cleared away all outside thoughts focusing only on thoughts of fire and water. She sat motionless for hours on end letting her body be like a rock. Firm and steadily cemented in place not swayed by anything. As her mind wandered she she began to see small tiny embers flowing around her mindscape, followed by tiny beads of water. Two elements of complete opposite compositions that came together for this one purpose of training. As Ariya continued focusing she'd begin to hear slight whispers echoing around her. One spoke in a very calm soothing tone that some imes dragged it's words on, whilst the other spoke with vigor and authority like a mighty lion over it's pack. Ariya tried to listen to them both but was easily overwhelmed as the two voices continued speaking non-stop and eventually getting louder in her head. She was unsure what to do at this point. She has seen enough magic to know that these were spirits trying to communicate with her, trying to resonate with her, however they just wouldn't shut their freakin' yaps long enough for Ariya to grasp what they're saying.

Ariya covered her ears trying to filter out some of the noise but it was to no avail, afterall this is in her mind. She felt her patience growing thin, but then she remembered the words of Rena warning her to always have a calm and collective mind, heart and temper. Without those she'll never gain control of the situation. Ariya took in a deep breath allowing the spirits to continue on wih their non stop chatting. She slowly exhaled before standing up walking toward the opposing forces. Instead of trying to do the impossible and listen to what they were trying to say, she took initiative and began speaking. In a soft voice she said to the two spirits [Common] "Hello...my name is Ari-" However the spirits would not listen, they ignored her and pressed on with their conversation. She tried once again speaking out to them but her words continued to fall on deaf ears. Summoning up her courage Ariya spoke up in a dominating tone of voice [Common] "My name is Ariya and this is my mind you're in. Speak slowly and one at a time, introduce yourselves!"

Ariya's conviction and determination were both solid. The spirits could feel her resolve. The embers danced around her body soon followed by the droplets of rain. Eventually the two spirits merged forming a human-like creature. His body was forged of steam and half his appearance was masculine whilst the other half was feminine. The spirits talked in unison as they approached Ariya saying [Common] "We're katon & suiton, fire and water flame and aqua. There are many names yet none at the same time." The more dominant voice spoke out and said [Common] "So you wish to control our power eh? A runt like you?! What can you do? No better yet what WOULD you do?" The other voice spoke out asking [Common] "Why do you seek us what is your purpose?"

Ariya looked at them both, her eyes burned bright with determination and without any hesitation she said. [Common] "My purpose is to protect the lives of my loved ones and my homeworld. I seek the power of the spirits because they will help me superceed my limitations. With your powers I would drive back the forces that endanger my world and my people."
[Common] "Hmmmmmm" the fire spirit said whilst grabbing it's chin. [Common] "Ya know how many times we've heard those lines? 37 times to be exact and ya know somethin'? 37 times those were lies. We lend our power out to ya mortals and you all go and use it to kill one anotha' " The aqua spirit chimmed in saying [Common] "Yes it's quite true, we've been asked for assistance to end silly wars amongest you mortals with promises that you all would use our powers for the right reasons but it never works that way."

In a booming voice in complete unisons the spirits said [Common] "Ain't happenin' runt!"

Their rough voice brushed pass Ariya like a swift gust of wind. Her head hung low in disappointment. As the spirits turned around and readied themselves to dissipate, Ariya shouted out [Common] "If that is what you two experienced then I will be the anomaly in your results, I'll be the 38th person who got it right!" She proudly hammered her fist into her chest  [Common] "My heart is a heart of pure intent and I refuse to ever let it be tainted by malice. I'll do the right thing with your powers and I'll always practice control and responsibility with them. If I fail you both then I will surrender my life to you both as retribution."  The duo of spirits looked at one another then back at Ariya then back at each other once more.
<She sounds pretty dang sinere. Should we tell her that we knew all along she was of good nature? Naaaaaah I like screwin' with people>

The spirits returned back to her swiftly appearing before Ariya. [Common] "Fine! We'll give you a shot kid, but if you slip up even one time JUST ONCE, I'll give ya the meaniest case of heartburn!" The two spirits unfused returning to their natural status of fire and water before flowing off into the distance. [Common] "Make us proud kid!" The two spirits vanished and Ariya fell over on her side mentally and spiritually exhausted from the ordeal.*
